We were unhappy with the front desk help because the attendant lied about the parking lot across the street to get us to pay a ridiculous amount of money for valet parking. she said we would have to pay $10 each time we left and re-entered the lot and that simply is NOT true. Left a bad taste in our mouths.

See above. After we declined valet parking, our bill included 3 nights of valet parking.

Upon arrival, after 24 hours travelling, we were introduced to a “destination fee”. We believed this to be an optional service and as we had already prepaid thought no more of this and did not use any of the facilities described - therefore thinking we would have no additional costs for our stay. On checking out we were horrified to be presented with additional “destination charges”. We feel this was not fully explained at time of checking in and as we do not experience this in our country we’re not clear about this at all. We had no option but to pay these charges. Reception staff definitely need to be more considerate about overseas travellers when explaining these “fees”.

Location perfect for my stay. Breakfast is a la carte with good options, service was great. View of the marina from the room was nice to wake up to.

Parking was 63$ per night - with tip close to 70$. I felt that was really overpriced and it is not possible to self-park at hotel. There is, however, a public parking across the street where you can park for 24 hours ( and unlimited in-and-out) for 10$.

Beautiful property, wonderful staff. Room was perfectly appointed with sliding door to open up to marina view.

Was expecting a nicer bathroom in the room. I had to fill the bathtub with the showerhead which was not a very ritzy experience. Maybe the button/switch for bath faucet is stuck in room 310.

Great location on the marina and easy to navigate to surrounding areas to explore. Wonderful Marina view terrace which we used in the evening for dinner and morning for breakfast.

Our room was very basic and dated with an un hoovered carpet upon check in.

The location was amazing! You can see the marina and the sunset over the hills. I loved you can walk along the marina path and Downton Venice is a 5 min drive.

This is a nitpicking dislike, but they did not give us fresh towels or enough wash clothes.

The staff were great. They could not do enough for you and made your stay they very best it could be. Will be back for sure! Daniel who managed the pool area was fantastic!

This is a Ritz Carlton and it could do with some updating and make sure the place has the penaz that the brand proposes…

the pool area was nice and the bed was very comfortable.

We didn’t love that we had to pay an additional cost to have wifi in our room. We also complained two nights in a row about noise. The walls seemed thin as we could hear everything in the hallways and the rooms next to us. The rooms felt outdated and we wished the bathroom and shower were more updated.

Loved everything about this hotel. The location, the rooms, facilities were excellent. The staff were very professional and friendly.

My spa treatment felt rushed and was not very relaxing
