Quieter location since not facing freeway, but close enough to freeway for convenience. Clean and well kept. Breakfast was actually pretty tasty. Staff were friendly.

A bit older of a facility, so there were a few stains in the hallway carpets. Cracked floor tiles in the elevator. The bathroom could have been cleaner. I found a few hairs in the bathtub, and stuck in bath towels. The walls between rooms were a bit thin and you could hear the people next door.

I like this place, nice rooms, rooms are very quiet and dark a night which helps me a good night of sleep. There are multiple places to get food.

Their breakfast is good, but they need to have all breakfast items ready at 0600, instead of just having the eggs and sausage ready and when your are already eating they bring out the biscuits and later on they bring the gravy. All of if need to be available at 0600. Also they need to include potatoes for breakfast.

Everything was perfect! The price was right.This is the only hotel I will be staying at from now on. Had everything I needed.Clean and conveniently located. Very quiet and no homeless people outside hanging around. It was awesome. The pool and the hot tub is located in an area on the property where it's very private.

I could not find anything that I did not like at this hotel. And believe me I'm very picky.

I always stay here when I come to Modesto. My home town and I visit my family and friends yearly. I would not stay anywhere else. I love your Hotel.

There is nothing to put here. I love everything about your place. I even recommend to my brother who lives out of state to stay here when he comes here also. And he has a couple of times already.

Very nice exterior, lobby, rooms - feels pretty upscale all around. Totally surprised us, haven’t stayed in a La Quinta in 30 years.

Not sure if there are any rooms with queen beds, if there are none were available when we booked. The doubles were tiny, my husband and I each had to take a bed because we couldn’t squish into one bed together very comfortably.

I was overcharged for the incidental charge when I checked in. Was charged $300 instead of the stated and $100. Although they said they are crediting me, it was taken from my checking account and not I'm concerned I will go negative in my account.

I stayed here overnight while my spouse was hospitalized at Modesto Kaiser Hospital. The hotel is only 5 mins away by car and right off the freeway. The price was reasonable. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate with hot as well as cold items, including protein (egg and cheese omelette, sausage, Hard boiled eggs) not just breads and cereals. There are food options adjacent and lots of shopping a short distance away by car.

Person at front desk was non concerned about finding reservation called 2 times before I went 1 person said she couldn't find next different person had no problem finding us assured me of reservation then we get there first person I'm assuming again said nope I got my phone showed her after she came back to desk 7 or so mins later It didn't feel right

the hotel was quiet at the appropriate times. Room was clean and well kept

Breakfast availability time was a bit short. Preferred it to be available about and extra half hour longer.

Our bathroom floor needed better cleaning. Hallway needed vacuuming. No ready person attending the front desk-required ringing a bell. Thus brings into question the level of security.
