This hotel is clean and close to everything I want to do when I’m there . The parking is free , breakfast is good , you can tailor housekeeping to your needs and the staff is friendly.

The bathroom had some issues with the wall peeling and there was a smudge of who knows what on the shower wall. Also the mirror is right across from the bed , a little strange for the person sleeping in that bed although I do understand it’s in proximity to the bathroom.

We always stay at this location because of the outstanding staff. They feel more like friends than staff. There are plenty of other hotels in the area to stay at, but this will always be our place!

My only complaint is the clientele at the hotel across the street. They were still partying at 2:00 am. At our age, we don’t feel comfortable coming or going to our hotel.

All facility staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious w/ a variety of items. Our itinerary was full so it was convenient to eat breakfast before getting on the road. Location was great w/ easy freeway access, downtown close by, and close to restaurant and stores for the evening travels

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Having a laundry on site was helpful. This location provided easy access to restaurants and stores.

We wished that the pool had been heated so we could use it. We also wished that the fire pit had been working as our family enjoyed sitting outside together in the evenings.

Breakfast was good. Would be nice to have dinner there, too.

I wound up renting a non-Tesla electric vehicle for my trip. Very pleased there were charging stations but having only one non-Tesla charger wasn't great. Also the four hour limit never seemed to be enforced.

The room was large and clean. Easy to find. I was worried about the noise level when I saw a group with several kids but it was not a problem. Either the parents were keeping them in line or the walls were good. Comfy bed and nice cold refrigerator.

I was only there one night so in the one night, I didn’t find anything negative.

The property accommodated us with early check in. I had initially told the clerk I would be needing an early check in for around 1:00-1:30 and I ended up getting there earlier, and they still accommodated me. Very nice staff.

Not a lot to complain about. The back door stopped working the second day of our trip. It was a mild inconvenience as we had to walk around the building to get in. Otherwise.this hotel is great and we will stay every time we are in Modesto.

The lobby area was open concept which included tables and easy chairs for overflow from the actual dining area making it possible for many more people to grab a plate and not have to take it to their room to eat.

The selection of food was okay...but sure wish fresh fruit was a bigger priority.

I was presuming there would be eggs & yogurt. There was neither. I filled up on waffles which was not my first or second choice. Also, additional fruit choices would have been preferred over the huge carb options.
