Clean. Comfortable beds, bedding and pillows. Once we figured it out, the ease of checking in and out was great. I loved having the car right next to our room. It felt very secure. Having water to drink was a nice touch.

We did not realize this was completely self-service and we were not prepared to have all the check in completed before we arrived. It was a little cumbersome but now that we understand how it works, would definitely stay here again. The room was SO cold and the floors were freezing. It took a long time to get the heat in the room comfortable. I recommend more rugs and something on the bathroom floor. We could hardly stand on it.

What a gem! It is Airbnb style with no office check in. This made check in and check out so easy. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. The staff was more than accommodating. If in Modesto again I will definitely stay here!

There is not an ice machine or snack machines on property. Come prepared!

The curbless shower did get water everywhere, and made the bathroom floor very slippery! Might make it very dangerous for an elder person.

A special and rare find in the area and so happy to have stayed here. Lovely hotel, beautifully designed with special touches throughout, extremely comfortable bed, attached parking space, secure property with gate and very nice staff/owners.

It was clean and just looked really nice. Best part is that all the rooms are separated and have their own parking.
