Room was neat and clean. Bathroom was spot clean except it only had one towel. When requested, front desk apologized and gave 2 more towels, which is not a big deal. Nice pool with Jets. Breakfast had lots of options. Nice location with lots of options in food.

We were upgraded to a king suite which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was nice and the room comfortable and clean.

It has the old motel smell but not because it was dirty, but because the sofa and carpets have absorbed many smells over the years.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was on old french fry on the floor in the bathroom corner under the sink. And when I went to lay down in the bed by the windows I found a single use needle cap under the fitted sheet because I felt something hard. So I'm not even 100% sure the sheets were changed. I was coming back from a concert in Cleveland and I was too tired to complain, so I just went to bed.

Front desk staff during Checking In and Out were very helpful. Very nice breakfast. Very clean hotel and rooms. Good options to eat within walkable distance. Nice pool with jets. Nice stay and will surely repeat.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was exceptional with much more items like eggs and sausages which we don't get at other Quality Inn's. Pool with jets were amazing. Front desk staff was very helpful. Overall everything was good.

rooms were super clean. Breakfast was above my expectations. Front desk staff were good and provided needed information. There was no one at front desk but they did appear in few minutes as they were helping other customers.

The room was good sized, the bed was comfortable, the roon was clean with a refrigerator that was actually cold. Traveling again I will have this one ready to rebook. Thank you for a most pleasant stay.

No laundry bag. Hotels used to provide them it would be nice to have something to put your dirties in.

It was lovely to have a swim and relax in the very warm pool after a long car journey. The hotel was quiet and we had a good night sleep in very comfortable beds. Everything was good.
