The room was HUGE and super clean. The staff welcomes you with smiles and kindness. The common areas are very clean and welcoming. The entire facility is super quiet and peaceful. Very close to shopping, dining and activities. I highly recommend!

The room was comfortable and mostly clean. There was a bit of mildew in the bathtub. Some of the hotel guest were a bit sketchy. The continental breakfast was good...The fresh bananas were the best!

They are dog friendly! Nice staff and giant king size room! Bath tub looked a little sketch but I didn’t test it.

The layout was very maze like - I got lost a couple times. Also seemed like there was only one elevator or set of stairs in a far off corner as options to gain levels.

The location was great. I came for an event at Blossom Music Center and it was a very quick ride there and back. The building and rooms were very clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and courteous.

I would have preferred less processed food for the continental breakfast. There was also a washcloth leftover in the bathroom from the previous guest too. The room also had a funny smell like nail polish remover after it was cleaned after the first night.

When I left My room on Sunday Housekeeping went in and replaced the towels and when I got back that evening My room door was NOT CLOSED

The breakfast was weak. We certainly appreciate a warm breakfast, eggs, sausages or bacon. The waffle grill breakfast starts to wear thin after 4 days of travel.

Lighting wasn't too good in the room, but was okay. Elevator and hallways were very hot and had a strange smell.

Overall everything was better than expected.

I would give it a 10 but it was 2 facilities that are connected. They are remodeling one side so there is that. However, it was confusing to navigate the inside with very little direction.

I booked the king size bed and in the room details it never mentioned it having a jacuzzi tub but to our surprise it did and it worked very well. What a great surprise for our valentines weekend. The hotel was clean, had grab and go breakfast, vending machines, and is near anything you could want for food. We will stay again when we are in the area!

Its like a maze trying to get to your room but once you find your room and get to know the lay out it’s not bad. so really I have nothing I didn’t like about the property.
