Upon my arrival the staff were really friendly and helpful (especially the gentlemen with the poppin curls at the front desk). The room was clean. I did however wipe down the surfaces and the spa tub due to my personal preference. Overall the stay was very relaxing and quiet. The breakfast was good, however I wish the area was better stocked. I did notice a handful of patrons disappointed when the food ran out and it was still within the designated breakfast time.

This Holiday Express was right by the interstate and easy to get to. It was clean, comfortable, and quite modern. I lived all the Dove products in the bathroom. The king bed was comfy. The breakfast was evened and the staff was helpful and friendly. I highly friendly.

I liked everything. No complaints at all.

Bathroom sink drained very slowly. No fans in the bathroom. Keycards failed twice in 3 days and had to be reswiped.

I loved that the location was in a friendly neighborhood. Grocery store a couple of miles down the road. Way better than staying inside of a big city!!

The bathroom floors could've been cleaner. The room that we stayed in was very close to the lobby which was kind of loud at times. There were also no vending machines available.

We like to travel and have stayed at several different hotel chains. I have a personal list of hotels that met my expectations as well as didn't. After staying just two days; it was so exceptional that I changed my next hotel reservation to this hotel. It was slightly farther from our planned event; but so much worth it. The price was absolutely worth it! We will always stay at this hotel whenever we are in town. I can't say enough about the extra friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. The comfort and cleanliness of the room made the comfort level of our entire stay so much more enjoyable. The on-site parking and location was also convenient.

I travel with family often,, so I've stayed at a variety of hotels. This one goes under A+ on my personal list of hotels. I do use a wheelchair, and every doorway, hallway, room was very spacious. I had absolutely no issues. The swimming pool and included breakfast was very convenient for my family. The staff was overly helpful. More than any other of the many hotels. I enjoyed this hotel so much that I changed my next hotel stay to this location- even though it's a little further...it's worth it.

The hot breakfast was plentiful each morning! There were a lot of options for hot and cold foods. The room was comfortable, clean, and exactly as advertised. There is a small gym and a pool for guests to use!

Clean room. Good HVAC control. Excellent breakfast if you get there early. Lots of parking.

Short of staff. Pool out of order for no good reason except short staff. Breakfast selections not refilled within 30 minutes of closing. Outside walks not cleared of snow.

Very spacious. Tasty breakfast as part of room. Snacks put out later.

I thought price was a little high, but was during weather emergency and most hotels were full, so I understand it’s a matter of supply and demand.

The breakfast was very good and the location was convenient to the turnpike and to a gas station.

There wasn't much sound insulation from people in the hallway outside our room.
