The hotel 🏨 was nice and clean the beds were very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and the price was very reasonable. We didn't have hot water, which annoyed me because I couldn't take a hot shower, but I didn't live far, so that was no biggie. We stayed one night to celebrate my granddaughters 10th birthday 🎂 .

I didn't like the fact that there were adults in the hot tub making out with young children just a few feet away in the swimming pool. I felt like that was so disrespectful. And to top it off at about midnight, somebody's kid pulled the fire 🔥 alarm, and that was really disrespectful to the other guests, but the staff was right on it!!! Overall it was pretty nice.

My husband and I decided after a rough week to get a hotel room for the night. When we arrived the king we reserved was not available which was not a big deal so we took a double. Although all the dirty linen was outside the door in the hallway the room was immaculate. We were able to doordash some food right to our room. This was indeed a great deal a for last minute get away. Will definitely be back.

Our room did not have a working phone however we had cell phones, that didn't make her break our stay. The name of the hotel caused a bit of an issue finding it. We arrived at another hotel down the street that is also a Wyndham, the staff there was very nice and pointed us in the right direction.

My room is easy to find. There are some good things about it. But there is a lot of things that need to be fixed in it.

When I got there, I was told right away that my room would not be ready till four, it said it was available at three. I waited at the airport until I felt I could get my room. I did not get my room till 5:44 PM. They seem unprepared. I called the hotels customer service to let them know

In town for the AC/DC concert on May 28th. We got bumped from our room at another hotel 40 minutes before we arrived. We were able to book our room online in route. Walked in and the lobby was packed! Your staff opened sign in early and took care of that line of people a mile long. Your staff handled it like the pros that they are! We got our room and was able to truly enjoy our stay in Cleveland!

Location is ideal. Next to a variety of nice restaurants. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

It’s a bit outdated but currently under construction . Great value for your money. It’s not quite a Hilton but it’s great value for the price they ask to stay. Hot tub is always down though and that’s a bit annoying. - and I think it’s crazy when the hotel doesn’t have all day coffee.

The staff were so kind! They really made the stay great and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The room was fine, it got the job done for our quick weekend trip to the National Park.

They were advertising the free cookies literally everywhere in the hotel and we were never offered one. Also the restaurant is super expensive I'd eat somewhere else, there are a few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

When we arrived there was only one lady at the front desk helping a line that wrapped around the lobby. She was great and helped everyone as fast as she could but because there was a concert people were flooding in. I think she deserves a raise and management needs some type of write up for the lack of preparation on their part.

Comfortable room and the upgrades they are doing are a nice touch for the hotel. Great price.

The key to the room didn't work and there was only one working elevator. Also, they should consider closing one side while doing their upgrades or construction and just utilize the other side so ppl don't have to experience that during their stay.

Clean sheets and comfortable beds. Stuff is amazing above and beyond. Made our stay very comfortable. Front desk ladies are the best. Room has all what we need. Since we came stuff sent the message if we need something. Always responding on time. Bringing extra supplies .

The water pressure in the shower was the best I have ever seen in a hotel before. It was nice and refreshing after dancing and sweating at a concert.

It could have been cleaned a little better. I used to be a house keeper so I pay attention to detail more than other's.
