I’ve traveled all over the world, and this was truly one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed at. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and it shows. The entire hotel and my room was impeccably decorated, spotless, cozy, and quiet. The linens were high quality, and everything smelled amazing. The staff couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive, even to my dog. The restaurant was also a standout. I enjoyed it so much, I ate there twice. I was only passing through, but my experience was so wonderful I’d happily find a reason to come back to Cleveland just to stay here again.

The decor of this hotel is incredible. I love that they curated Cleveland-themed art from a variety of time periods, a range of artists and media. Be sure to ask for the pdf for more info on the art!

I wasn't the biggest fan of the coffee making situation. I LOVE having coffee in my hotel room and the ideal would be a french press like they have at the Arctic Club Hotel in Seattle *chefs kiss* ... the sachets in the shallow mug were less than ideal.

Comfy, stylish, quiet, good ambiance.

Upon checkout as a pregnant woman rolling a suitcase out and opening the door the two gentlemen in the front watched but didn’t offer to help with opening the door, as the gentleman helped when i arrived. It wasn’t a big deal but definitely took a couple points off my experience.

beautiful design with a modern take on classic vintage style, petit suite was really nice, all staff were exceptionally hospitable, had a delicious dessert and cognac at the bar

Beautiful eclectic and vintage decor and smelled amazing the minute I walked in! Great vibe, cozy rooms with ample luxury toiletries.

The rooms are a bit small if you are traveling with a companion.

Great location, amazing decor, service and location. Our 16 and 17 year old girls (and us) loved this hotel so much! We will make it a point to stay again when we’re in Cleveland.

This property is unique and beautiful! We were only there one night but wish we could have stayed longer. The design and decor are beautiful and all of the staff so friendly and helpful.

Beautiful lobby and room, very comfortable and clean. The hotel is also close to everything and conveniently next to a parking garage.
