The breakfast was very good despite not being able to make a waffle. And I love that I had the option to make a box of my breakfast instead of being downstairs with all other guests for my meal since I get overwhelmed very easily around others due to my autism. It’s also such a great touch that they keep the safes next to the bed in the rooms so you can know your stuff is safe and locked away right next to you when you sleep. Also the half trash and half recycling options in the trash cans are a thoughtful extra touch as well.

I was quite bummed not to make my own waffle for breakfast since that’s my favorite but I made it work with what was available. I unfortunately didn’t get to relax in the hot tub after a long work day and traveling since the pool and hot tub closes way too early for a Friday night. I tried taking a hot bubble bath instead but the plug didn’t fit in the drain so I couldn’t make my bath. The only other issue I had was being double charged since there was a mess up in the system but the front desk was so patient, understanding and detailed about the mix up and made sure I got my refund same day.

Bed/ pillows were very comfy. Convenient location for us. Short distance between all the places we needed to go.

Was told there was a laundry room on the 3rd floor. Went to 3rd floor. Absolutely no signage telling you where the laundry was. Finally went and asked front desk downstairs and was still given vague directions. Went back up.... walked all the way down one long hall, turned and had to walk another long hall until finally finding it. All while toting heavy bag of dirty laundry around. I think what frustrated me most was walking up and down halls on 3rd floor lugging around heavy bag. Need signs pointing direction to the laundry room right off the elevator and at the other end of hallway.

The location was very close to shopping and delicious restaurants in an area called Crocker Park. The hotel is pet friendly, for those who travel with their fur children. There were several families there as well due to some kind of hockey conference but the section we were in was very quiet. The room was very clean and comfortable and the water pressure was very good in the shower. The best part is they give you warm cookies when you check in, and will give you more the next evening you return, if you ask. We didn’t try the breakfast buffet. It is an extra you pay for, but heard it was good. The parking lot is not very well lit, which is a little bit of a negative, but it felt like a safe area, which helped. We would stay there again. 🙂

We were there a week and the room was never cleaned, although the information we received at check in said that if you stayed more than 5 days, it would be cleaned on the fifth day. The down button on the elevator didn't light up and we weren't sure if it worked or not, so we always hit the up button. None of the buttons on the air conditioner worked, although we eventually saw the theremostat on the wall.

I like the convenience of a good restaurant and bar on the premises. The waitress/bar tender was friendly and attentive to customers. One of the two check in people was extremely helpful.

The price for a more humble traveler was high, but you get what you pay for. Good hotel. I felt there was a presence lurking around the outside of the hotel that didn’t belong there. But they may have been hard working personal behind the scenes that were on break. Or maybe guests more like myself having a cigarette and just “kicking it”, those who are not the stereotype business class guest. But it was after dark and near back exits. I’m writing this more for the staff to know an impression that having people who didn’t seem like guests around the back exits after dark could startle a certain clientele. This happens.

My room was decent and clean. Pool and hot tub were nice; I didn’t get in the pool because it was chilly. my only recommendation would be for management to have maintenance get in the rooms and clean the air conditioner filters; I would periodically get an aroma of a dusty burn smell coming from the ac, when the ac would kick on. (room 317) I turned it off because it was late and wasn’t going to take the time to have to call someone when I needed to be up early. my allergies were kicked up a notch in that room and I assume it was because of the ac filter. well I’m pretty certain of it lol

The location was perfect for what we were there for, close to the lake and shopping

The hotel was to dark, the smell of dog in our room was disgusting and the carpet in our room needs replaced it’s disgusting and the couch smelled like dog, you couldn’t sit on it for the smell, the fire alarm went off two different days while we were there and we had to evacuate the hotel and the fire department finally showed up the first time but only one man came and the second day it went off no fire department even showed up

The whole family needed a relaxing getaway even if it was only one night... & we got what we came for. We all left refreshed and relaxed. Thank you all.

There was a few things off In our room like the closet door wouldn't shut or the towel holder on the wall was not on the wall but nothing we Couldn't overlook. Still had an amazing time

This location is great. There is a great mall near by, many restaurants, great parks down by Lakewod, and close to Cleveland for museums and other activities.

The room is very dark. The toilet did not flush properly so we walked 100 steps down the hall to the open bathroom for big flushes. Told desk twice before it seemed to be a little better.

The bed and pillows where very comfy. Room and Hotel clean. A great breakfast buffet for a reasonable price.

A 4 o'clock check in is to late in the day. That extra hour makes a difference when you are having a get away. Also why isn't the pool area open until 10 pm.? . We stay at a hotel to enjoy the services. We couldn't even hop in the the jacuzzi in the morning before we left. It doesn't open until 10 am. It's not like a lifeguard is needed or used. I just would of liked to have better access to what I came there for.
