The room was very clean, and the front desk clerk, Jennifer, was very professional and helpful.

I did not like the homeless people sitting on the grounds , smoking, and the police had come 3 times bc of the other guests in the rooms were smoking , being loud . I did not feel safe, walking to or from my vehicle. The ac unit had moisture and made it hard for me to breathe and made me feel moist, and my pj's felt damp when I woke up

Great location - down the street from a bunch of restaurants and a mall, across from a Walmart. It was also real easy to get to the highways for our destination visits. It does have a nice kitchen and you can request plates and cookware.

The bed was a bit meh, so we didn’t sleep the best during the trip.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Very accommodating and pleasant!

We found a little something extra hiding behind the nightstand. It was taken care of immediately! Gotta peek behind objects for what may be left behind… lol

Convenient, easy access to malls, restaurants

Not enough towels and air conditioner wasn’t working in the bedroom . We didn’t say anything because we spent the better part of our day out and it cooled off at night.

Ryan, at the front desk, was friendly, respectful, and very helpful! My room was very comfortable. Almost felt like home! It was quiet and clean, which I really appreciate. Also, everything was close by.

I can’t thank the staff enough for their help with my super late check in after a 9+ hour drive from out of state! They truly went above and beyond as well as making us feel so welcome upon arrival and during our stay!

Clean and close to where my relatives lived.

Sooo expensive. Hotels were taking advantage of people who went there to see the eclipse. No breakfast for this expensive stay. Grab and go is not the same as good breakfast.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel so I cannot conmmnent on that. The room was good and the bed comfortable. We did not take advantage of other opportunities because we were travellin the next day.

I enjoyed the great price for the suite I booked. I enjoyed the double bath and free parking.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. I did leak when we showered.
