This is a great hotel in a prime location just a short drive to Downtown Cleveland. I was in town for an event and was pleasantly surprised at how close it is to the city. My room was clean and quiet and I had no issues whatsoever. There were many restaurants in walking distance and even a great one attached to the hotel! There is also a gym and an indoor pool which was nice. They also offer a free breakfast which was great as I did not really have to leave the hotel at all other than to attend the event. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It is huge with a beautiful indoor pool, a big fitness center and even a restaurant on site. It's also just a short drive to Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland. Our room was spacious, very clean and stocked with plenty of towels and amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

the room is clean and comfortable. Bagged breakfast is provided. There is plenty items inside ( including 2 fruit, 1 yogurt and other stuffs), Staff is really nice and professional.

it is smelly around the door to parking lot and stairs to 2nd floor. the carpet should be changed. Coffee machine doesn't work and there is no hair dryer in the room.

It was clean.

Although Smoking is frowned upon people still smoke so there should have been some type of designated area or even designated rooms that you would have to pay a little more for to smoke in.

The room was very quiet and executive top floor!

The breakfast was very empty. Coffee and a muffin to be exact. Milk was old and there was no attendant to help or to answer any questions I may have had.

Fresh milk, cereal and bagels were available! Oh! 1 pack of pancakes was there one out of two days!

The breakfast was inadequate, especially for the price. No sugar, and no breakfast sandwiches which I have had at cheaper places I have stayed. Pool was closed!

The room was comfortable and the restaurant was a pleasant experience. The staff was very polite.

I was on the 4th floor and had to get ice from the 2nd floor.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. From the lobby to the rooms I just loved everything. Everyone was very welcoming and really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The location was perfect, just off the highway. We had a great view of the city from our room on the fifth floor. I slept like a baby, the mattresses were incredible! I would sleep here every night if I could!
