The room was spacious and very clean

There was nothing we didn't like about the room. Parking would have been nice to not have to pay for when you are paying for the room at the hotel. They actually charged us twice for parking insisting we had two vehicles. My sister and i actually drove together in her car. We only had one car but was charged twice because we were told we had two vehicles. The manager i spoke to was not very professional or nice at all. I called the Hilton number and talk to someone else they filed a case and i was reimbursed my parking that they overcharged for.

Location was perfect for attending a concert at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse--hotel is a ten minute walk to the venue. Lots of restaurants & bars nearby, too. Room was clean and comfortable. There was a wait to check in, but the hotel front desk had only one woman working (staffing issues) and she was phenomenal--she was cheerful and kept everyone in line moving--I didn't catch her name, but she is a great asset to the hotel!

Price for a night was a bit more than we usually pay, but for the location, it wasn't unexpected.

The room was nice and clean the hotel was clean friendly and that expensive at all I loved it I stayed there again only the pool wasn't open and that's the part that I hate it so hopefully if I have to stay there again the pool is open

I did not like the idea that the pool wasn't open and they don't offer free breakfast or continental breakfast

The room was just what we needed, no more no less. In all honesty we slept thru breakfast So guess the beds were that comfortable, lol . What I really liked is the hotel was in walking distance to everything we did over our stay the Rock& Roll Hall of Fame, Dinner and a local Ghost Tour

Room was nice and clean. Location was great for people who come for Guardians or Cavs games. Lots of choices for breakfast.

For Memorial long weekend, there was only ONE check-in staff. There was a long line averaging about 10-15 people. Even she does a good job of checking in, we had to wait like ~30 min

Convenient location to where we needed to be. Hotel was very clean - staff was very friendly. Bed was very comfortable.

Would have been nice to be able to check in early but when trying to call to check on this - we called multiple times and the phone just rang - no one ever picked up.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We came at a very busy time and the concierge was doing multiple things and forgot to tell us a few things about the room. We would have liked if he would have slowed down and focused on each guest and check them in completely before moving on to other guests.

I didn't like that the breakfast was not included and we had to pay an extra fee to be able to have breakfast. Also, it was priced to high for what was provided for the buffet. The food that we had was good but just not a lot of options.

Location and parking was great and easy access - hotel staff amazing

Wanted to use the pool but was closed for upgrades - personal preference but not a knock on the stay. Bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner but was above satisfactory.

I liked the location and the parking even though I had to pay for parking.

The pool was not as big and luxurious as it appeared in the pictures online. No housekeeping at all and we stayed 3 days.

It was clean. The pool area is great. The easter egg hunt was an awesome idea (even if my son didnt understand the rules of one egg only). The room was big enough. Staff kindness is a plus.
