The hotel is simply pristine! The details, the design, the space, the amenities… simply wonderful! The staff are helpful and friendly.

The parking: you have to be a bit tech-savvy but you also have to keep the paper ticket if you simply bought one-day special event parking pass like me. I lost my ticket so have to pay another 60 when I exit the garage. (Before I arrived at the hotel, the link for reserving parking doesn’t work for me and no one answered the phone at the hotel, so I simply bought one-day parking ticket at the entrance) In summary: there’s plenty of space for parking INSIDE the building but you better make sure you can get the pass WAY BEFORE you got there. If you’re like me, couldn’t bought parking pass using the link provided by the hotel, you’ll ended up paying much more. I think it’s simply too much trouble. Why is it impossible to buy the pass at the entrance?

ROOST felt like luxury accommodation with an economical price for our family of 4. The building is beautiful and I found the 3 different receptionists I encountered to be very helpful. The receptionist who checked us in, for example, helped us figure out how to park our car in the on-site garage when I was unable to register online. The apartment we stayed in a huge, beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had all the kitchen basics (plus some great coffee options!) had we needed to cook. There were other building amenities that we would have taken advantage of if we had stayed longer- a gym, a in-house convenience store/lounge and a terrace for views of the city.

It was slightly confusing getting from the parking garage to our rooms (guest parking is on a different floor than the ROOST rooms); and since the building is huge, getting from one lobby to the other. This is where the friendly and helpful receptionists were invaluable!

We loved the location and was exactly where we wanted to stay, Roost was our second option; first option was not available and Roost price was about the same

the onsite parking was nice, BUT we had issues with the scanner and how to access and pay from the kioske was not clear. The lady at the front desk of Roost had to send the email several times. The link on the paper we were given did not work. We assumed they were having trouble with the system as staff had to assist people arriving and leaving (the scanner kioske were not working at several times we entered and existed).

Location was very good. We were able to walk everywhere including the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Having a full size kitchen was awesome. After a long day out touring it was nice to be able to have snacks and enjoy the suite. We were ultimately able to make our own coffee. The coffee machines in the rooms are the traditional drip coffee style. Filters are provided.

Parking was a little awkward. The staff were very helpful in helping us figure it out. There are 2 coffee machines on different levels, they run out and seem to need on going maintenance which means you need to try and get coffee on the other level.

I was extremely impressed with the facility, the room, and the staff. The building is clean and shows a considerable investment and care by the owner. The room was very spacious and comfortable. My wife and I were delighted upon arrival. The staff were personable, kind, and helpful. I couldn't rate ROOST in Cleveland any higher.

Nothing. The property exceeded my expectations in every way. I will look to stay at ROOST every time I am in Cleveland. Moreover, I will look for ROOST properties whenever I ma travelling to see if there is an option.

Great location near casino, exceptionally clean, washer and dryer in room, tall ceilings

Showerhead (I would recommend a Speakman brand showerhead - even the cheaper ones are great) Nonslip mat in shower (getting in and out of the shower itself was precarious) Curved shower rod (for extra space) Please consider better signage throughout the hotel ("exit to lobby"/"exit to garage") Make parking passes easier to work with - a single digital pass or card would be better than paper receipts More pillows on the couch Wooden coffee table instead of glass Elevate the bed higher off the floor

This Hotel was amazing. Right in the heart of downtown. The rooms were beautiful and we had an amazing view of the Public Square. They are like Apartments with full kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, even a washer and dryer in your room. This place is Walking distance to many attractions such as the Jack Casino and Progressive field. Rocket Mortgage and Tower City. Every single staff member was welcoming and friendly.

The only things I didn't like were I felt the living room furniture felt like it was for show and not for comfort. Also, the homeless that invade downtown and bother people while you are out trying to enjoy yourself wasn't great either. The city of Cleveland really needs to do something about that. It would be beautiful down there if they would just find somewhere else for them to go. These 2 things however will not keep me from staying there again.

The room was huge- a two bed apartment. It was beautifully appointed and comfortable. I had a great view from the living area of Public Square. I will stay again. It is a far better option than an AirBnB.

Check-in is awkward. There was one person who was walking another guest to their room so a bit of a wait. I checked in 1.5 hours after they said I could and the room still wasn’t ready. While they provide coffee there is no milk or sugar.

Very clean and modern with lots of natural light in the main living area & kitchen. Liked that there was a rooftop patio where we could view the 2024 eclipse. .

Living room furniture could be more comfortable and the configuration for tv watching was a little off. I'd have to say the same is true of the configuration of the furniture and the TV in the primary bedroom. The A/C thermostat was quite difficult to deal with unless you scanned the qr code and read all instructions. Might also be nice if people got a decent discount on the parking at the adjacent garage.

It was clean, convenient to food and any of the Arena’s to see a sporting or concert event. I’d stay here again for sure.

I literally got locked in the garage twice. You have to have a key and our room was across the way and the shortest way was to go through the garage. It was very confusing. I tried calling the front desk. No one answered. I tried the emergency and no one answered and The first time I got locked in there 20 minutes.
