Cannot recommend this property enough! Firstly, upon arrival, I was greeted with the most wonderful staff member who kindly checked me in, and even provided a wealth of local touristic activities and excursions. I felt safe immediately upon arrival. Now onto the room, which is even more beautiful than the photos do it justice! Modern, impeccably clean and pristine, I almost didn't want to leave my room. Amazing selection of channels on the TV also, and very clean, modern and entertaining bathroom (the bathroom walls had newspaper print on them! Great to read as I showered). The room had amazing heat units and A/C, as well as great lighting and really great availability of power outlets. The location of the hotel is phenomenal - right by downtown. Overall, I absolutely adored my stay at this modern, clean and beautiful hotel and cannot recommend it enough. Would love to return.

This hotel is perfect! Location is amazing if you're going to a sporting event or concert. Location only sucks if you're getting food delivery/uber because it's one-way and your driver cant get through if there's an event going on. ANYWAY, staff is amazing and super helpful. Beds are extremely comfy and I love that I can control heat and a/c (bc sometimes it's too cold and the heat needs to run for 3 minutes lol). Lots of dining and drinking options around as well.

The shower head makes no sense to me. It looks like it has a removable hand-held shower nozzle, but when you remove it nothing happens. The water pressure is decent enough but hand-held nozzle would be great

This was our fifth time staying at this location and it was just as good as the previous times. The location of the room was right near the elevator. It was our first time adding the breakfast to the reservation and it was worth it. Would do it again next year.

There could have been some toast with the breakfast buffet. Also, this is not a reflection of the hotel but there was some disturbance on our floor, I am not sure if people were fighting or what was going on but they were very loud. It was clear they has too much to drink. The fitness center was a tad bit hot but other than that, it provided with adequate workout equipment.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Indigo Cleveland Downtown! The modern and stylish decor really made me feel at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. I also loved the room views of the city skyline were breathtaking, and it was a great spot to unwind after a long day. Overall, my experience was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

While my stay at Hotel Indigo Cleveland Downtown was mostly enjoyable, there were a few aspects that could be improved. I found that the noise levels in the hallways were somewhat disruptive at night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, mostly from the doors slamming close but overall, these issues didn't ruin my experience, but addressing them could enhance future guests' stays.

The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and positive, and a joy to be around. Being across from Rocket Mortgage Field House was perfect to see the concert we attended! The location was absolutely perfect to walk around downtown and see plenty of fun things and get some of the best food around.

The elevators were slow and gave most people we encountered in them anxiety as the doors took a while to open. And valet was so busy during check out from all of the concert attendees that the two drivers looked like they were being run ragged, but they were so polite and happy to help us through it, they just needed some extra hands during the busy time.

LOCATION!!! Right across from the parking garage from the Arena and Ballfield share so it took 2 minutes max to get to the Cavs game!!! My previous hotel didn't have my reservation and I booked this one on the way there. It was 10am and my room was ready!!! Super comfy beds and pillows that IHG are known for (I'd buy them for my house!). There were plenty of lights and lots of places to plug in chargers. This room was huge as well and had a coffeemaker (with coffee and tea) and bottled water. It was everything I needed. The room was spotless, the hotel was clean, and what staff is encountered were awesome...the 2 guys running valet were great too! Always had a smile on their faces, which was a nice addition to the day. Finally, I loved that leaving the DND sign on the door meant I really isn't get disturbed...thank you housekeeping!!!

The water pressure and controlling the hotel water sucked. It was either scalding or freezing. And no noise issues until the last night but that's not the hotel's fault. I screamed some cuss words and banged on the ceiling and they shut up. I never had breakfast bc it was in the restaurant and I would really just prefer to run down and grab and go, but like I said, not the hotel's fault simply my preference. This hotel is a GEM!!!

The location was perfect we were there for raw at rocket mortgage fieldhouse. This was our first family trip so we were able to valet our car and just walk to the show! Beds were comfy, pillows were fluffy, loved the peppermint shampoo!! That was a bonus for me. The window blinds were better than most places only a little light let in. The valet followed the instructions on my janky car.

The coffee pot in the room was not working properly took ten min to get it to register it had a k-cup in it. Definitely not enough cream and sugar had to go to the restaurant and wait for someone to get you some. I'm a huge coffee person so that a big one for me. Also if you need to warm up food there is only 1 microwave and that's all the way down in the lobbys shop area. Oh and the bathroom lights need a dim option boy those are bright lights when some wakes up to pee in the middle of the night.

We came for the NCAA Women’s Basketball Championship. The location is outstanding. It is barely a 2 minute walk to Rocket Mortgage Arena. It was a 0.7 mile walk to Tourney town and 0.3 mile further to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It’s 0.2 mile to Progressive Field to see the Cleveland Guardians. 0.3 mile walk to Playhouse Square to see a show. Plenty of nice restaurants and pubs within walking distance to get breakfast, go to a pub or relax with special dinner. Heinen’s grocery is a short walk to pick up drinks and snacks for the room. The only shortcoming in the room was no microwave. The Keurig coffeemaker was good but hard to fill water in it in the cabinet where it was located. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff was teriffic. Joy, the receptionist who checked us in, was friendly and very informative. The Headliner bar and cafe was nothing fancy but the food was tasty, the staff very friendly and helpful. They boxed up 2 wonderful breakfast sandwiches made from scratch for us to take with us when we checked out! How’s that for service? The valet parking was friendly and priced comparable to other hotels. just allow them a little extra time to bring your car up. We would definitely stay here again for the price and location alone. We had a great experience

A microwave in the room and move the Keurig to the counter top to allow you to pour the water into the back of the machine. The cabinet it is currently located in was almost impossible to fill and I had to use my phone flashlight to see where to put the water in and watch the fill level. The Cafe was tucked in a corner and I think could be better utilized by the hotel patrons and pedestrians if it was marketed a little better. The food was good and priced fine and staff was wonderful but no one was using it. A shame.

This hotel is close to rocket mortgage fieldhouse which is great for going to the Cleveland Monsters game! The hotel has a nice restaurant and bar as well. Checking in and out is a breeze. They offer valet parking that is an extra 45 for the night, which is not terrible since you would be paying that same price to park it yourself somewhere.

My only complaints are that for a 2 queen bed room for 4 adults, you should at least get 4 bath towels in the room and their elevators were in need of repair. One was completely down and the other was malfunctioning and running really slow. I am sure this is something they are working to correct. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful with a lot of Cleveland history around, especially in the dining area. They had hot apple cider, hot chocolate and a tray of cookies all evening in the lobby. There was a saxophone player also which we enjoyed. The food was very good from the bar area.

Our room on the second floor was a convenient location since you had to wait a long time for the one elevator. However, the room was right by the elevator, room 215, and we could hear the very noisy elevator all night long going up and down. So that was not very good for us.
