The place is unique and very spacious. The room has always been clean and the bed is always super comfy. The location is perfect to see anything in Downtown Cleveland. Close to the casino, baseball, basketball, football, the rock hall, the science center, Playhouse Square, the amazing bars and restaurants! Cool being in the arcade and a room with the fireplace in the winter, is a cozy must!

The breakfast ladies are done at 10 and not a minute later. Always feel rushed if heading to breakfast a lil later and not a great selection of foods. Disappointing and definitely not a reason to spend more for breakfast included.

The location of this hotel is convenient to the Cleveland Clinic while also providing access to the amenities of downtown; great value for the money. The breakfast options were good, the staff we interacted with were helpful, and the rooms spacious and comfortable. Some great restaurants in the vicinity to enjoy - from the casual/lower cost to the high end. There is valet parking service available at the hotel but multiple parking lots were also easily accessible around the hotel. A great option for short or long term stay and travel for purposes of business, medical, or pleasure.

The staff went above and beyond to help us out and make us feel like family. My granddaughter was having surgery at cleveland clinic and they made sure we got there and then helped when we got back..maintenance even helped us fix her wheelchair. We will stay there again for sure.

We did need to ask for fresh towels. We were there four days and I understand not changing the beds but towels, coffee and kitchen supplies should have been checked every day.. oh and the pillows sucked. LOL.

Perfect location! In the whole block around the hotel we found everything we needed...variety of restaurants, a CVS, candy store, grocery store around the corner. Breakfast bar was very nice; 5 min walk to baseball stadium; 15 min walk to Rock/Roll Hall of Fame...the only time we needed our car was when we left to come home. Our group was aged 60 to 73 yet were were able to get around very well.

Bathroom was very small, sink was outside bathroom, creaking floors, sofa in room was very uncomfortable to sit on.

The front desk staff was excellent, I wish I could remember the name of the young lady that helped us. on my receipt it said the clerk was AWI. Their issues at the other hotel we were at and we needed to move.She was incredibly helpful, understanding, and was able to get us a room that same day. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the entire place was clean. I would recommend this hotel, and we will be back.

The location, the shopping and restaurants in that area, and the history of the building.

The room smelled damp, luckily I had some room spray with me and spritzed it around. There was makeup or something resembling makeup splattered on the wall and curtain by the bathroom sink, it kind of freaked me out at first like it was blood spattered but after closer inspection, it was foundation makeup. The 8’ decorative molding around the room was covered in dust with long dust covered hairs hanging off it. Other than that everything else was great.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and the building was beautiful. Centrally located to so much the city has to offer. The bar and other common areas had a luxury feel to them and everything was so nice and CLEAN!

Only 2 complaints: when paying for a hotel room, parking should always be included, in my opinion. $40.00 a day to park when we've already paid to use the facility is pretty steep. Also, my husband had to repair the toilet at 3 am when he used the bathroom only to find that the toilet had been continuously running and the flush mechanism was broken. Thankfully he's a handy guy and it was a simple fix!

Breakfast was ok, some of the stuff was a little cold. Breakfast staff was very friendly and I heard them giving advice to multiple guests on the easiest way to get to places

I didn't know using the valet would be cheaper than parking at the parking garage. Maybe advertise that on your website or in the confirmation email.

It was nice to have a kitchen. The bed was comfortable. The location was great. We were there to eat at the Marble Room. It was across the street behind the hotel.

The bathroom area was the only negative of the room. The sink is small, and the lighting was not ideal. The lighting was indirect from around the mirror. It was hard to see to shave. The valet was easy in and right on the spot for drop off, but there was no luggage cart available to help get our luggage into the hotel and to our room. When we were leaving the next morning, we could not use the easy tap text to call up our car. It had not been checked in correctly, so the system had us seemingly out driving our car. We had only checked in the afternoon before and never moved our car.

The location was perfect for an event at rocket mortgage field house.

Parking is expensive (valet or parking garage). Check-in was 4pm. We were not able to get into our room until after 5:30 because they were still cleaning rooms. The only reason we got in at 5:30 was because we agreed to take a queen suite instead of the king suite we reserved.
