Staff was great and vallet parking was nice. The windows opened. Free wine at happy hour was very nice. Lobby was warm and very inviting. It was more clean than other comparable rooms we have stayed at in similar cities.

Shower door was on the same side as the 1 nozzle. So you would have to get all the way in then guess at the temperature. And get your hair wet. The TV was small. The doors were really heavy, but seemed to not keep sound out. It was expensive.

5 min walk to Progressive field for Guardians game. Liked Betts inside the hotel, nice place to grab a drink. Walking distance to many restaurants. Got a king room with city view and walk-in shower, very nice.

Had issues with the elevator not working when scanning our key card. Can be a little pricey. Just a warning it can be noisy on the street sometimes but there’s nothing the hotel can do about that and it quiets down decently by late at night.

Bathroom was beautiful, loved the open shower concept (excellent water pressure too). Bed was comfortable, room was clean and suitable for a quick weekend stay. It's on a busy road, luckily we brought a white noise/sound machine that took care of the environmental noise.

Valet was $$, but competitive pricing. Service was great with in and out as needed. Would have been nice to know we had a mini fridge, figured it out on the second day!

The hotel is very nice and clean and in a great , fun area. There were many attractions that were in walking distance. The restaurant staff was wonderful and the vegan options available were great! The wine happy hour was a nice touch!

The front desk staff was friendly, but it was a little challenging to get their attention at times and the follow through on requests (like for extra towels) didn't come through.

The bed was extremely comfortable and valet was super friendly. The shower had great pressure and temp, but only half a door? Anyway, there was so much water on the actual bathroom floor we needed extra towels. Overall though the location is pretty good unless there's any event; or two! Worth the price and the valet definitely makes it easy to get some parking with everything within walking distance.

We really enjoyed the lobby, sitting by the fireplace. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was huge, with a his & her vanity divided by the shower. Plenty of lighting and a desk to do anything work.

No vent in the bathroom. It got steamy and couldn't see in the mirrors. Also the shower ceiling was peeling paint. The caulk on the baseboards cracked and areas a little dirty. Stains on the carpet.

Smack dab in the center of Cleveland, walking distance to Playhouse Square, and directly across the street from Heinen's downtown grocery Store. A very cozy fireplace warmed lobby greeted us from the sub zero cold outside! Not as design focused as other Kimpton's, but a nice option for something not so standard in the heart of the city.

The guest room floors and guest room decor were not as interesting as the reception/lobby was indicating, but comfortable and functional in any case.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was very large and very cool upon our arrival on this very hot day! The bathroom was so big and the walk-in shower was fabulous! The restaurant, The Betts has fantastic food. We ate breakfast and two dinnes/drinks while there. We certainly would return!

We were fortunate to be able to stay in the Van Gogh suite, that also happens to be a north facing corner room. My lord, these Kimpton Hotels are fantastic in their own right, but this room was a work of art. Every wall is graced with a mural by Vincent Van Gogh, inclusive of the bathroom that boasts an ultra wide double sink and a luxurious navy blue clawfoot tub within the confines of the stand up shower in a simple and elegant glass enclosure. Cannot express the feeling of staying in a suite like this. I just felt so lucky and appreciative. 100 percent recommend!

Cute hotel, accommodating especially since I booked the wrong room for my daughter , moms and I - they were super quick to get us a rollaway bed. So greatly appreciated. Also loved the wine happy hour.

The fireplace was out of commission, there was a stain on the carpet before entering the bathroom.
