the breakfast was got a little messed up on Wednesday due to the holiday and not expecting so many people for the concert on Wednesday, but the workers were very nice and apologetic. They were out of almost everything but muffins, and toast and cereal and no bowls but used a cup to eat out of that. The next day it was stocked! they had everything. The lady was so nice and accommodating.

Really the main complaint would be the price for parking each night.... Seemed really high to valet park. We ubered the rest of the trip to get to places or walked so we basically paid $80 extra dollars just to park our car. So our stay for 2 nights was basically around $644 dollars.

Receptionist was very nice. The room was way larger than I expected, and the bed was really comfortable. Location is outstanding. I was visiting for a concert, and Rocket Arena is within walking distance. Finally, water pressure in the shower was unexpectedly good. Even better than what I have at home.

Some of the elevators were not running, so I had to wait a while several times. Breakfast area was confusing to find, wish there was more signage on where to go. Shower curtain was strangely short, made it difficult to use without splashing water everywhere.

As a medical professional considering an opportunity with the Cleveland Clinic, my priorities for accommodation were primarily centered around tranquility, cleanliness, and convenience. It is a pleasure to report that Holiday Inn exceeded my expectations in every regard, significantly contributing to a seamless and positive experience during my stay in Cleveland. From the moment of my arrival, the attentiveness of the staff was apparent; they were courteous and genuinely committed to ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room I was allocated was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with amenities that truly made it a home away from home. The ambiance of the hotel was serene, which allowed me to prepare for my meetings at the clinic in a calm and collected manner. Moreover, the property's proximity to the Cleveland Clinic was highly convenient, making my commutes quick and stress-free. This, combined with the excellent service and pristine condition of the hotel, made for an exemplary hospitality experience.

The room was large and clean. The windows were floor to ceiling and we were on the 14th floor. The view was really nice. The hotel is very centrally located. We walked to all the attractions we wanted to see and there were numerous restaurants around. My only (small) complaint is that there was no ice machine anywhere near our floor. The hotel did offer a free breakfast, but we didn't eat there simply because we were out and about. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were all very nice. (The parking fee was $40+tax per night, which I thought was high. The taxes in Cleveland could kill you!) We would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Ice machine somewhere close to the 14th floor. would've been nice... and better pillows, LOL! Otherwise, this hotel was conveniently located in downtown Cleveland and very nice.

The location was convenient because it is located on Euclid Avenue so it was an easy trip in the morning to drive up to the Cleveland clinic where I had a medical appointment. The room was spacious and very clean. Just a small piece of base molding was missing near the refrigerator and I managed to hit my toe on that but I learned after the first time. Very nice receptionist both checking in and checking out. A very nice morning breakfast, although I was fasting for a blood test My companion said the woman setting up the breakfast was extremely polite and helpful and that the choices were of a good variety.

Absolutely did not like the fact that parking was not included. It just seemed a way to get extra money. That was a definite disappointment.

The woman that ran the breakfast area is the hardest working person at the hotel! Room was comfy and quiet.

Breakfast area could use the rug cleaned going from the mezzanine to the breakfast area. The toasters should be replaced with more industrial type rather than the homeowner type. The pancake machine didn't work, should be replaced with a Belgian waffle machine. Hotel room floors need to be mopped. Although you couldn't see the dirt my white socks were black on the bottom. The lobby has a weird musty smell.

Loved staying in the historic building and the fact that despite being an bbn old building everything was clean and comfortable.

The security. The guard on duty Sunday afternoon and evening was sitting in corners on her phone every time we saw her. I never saw her look up once. Someone must have felt there was a need for security, but if there had been any problems she would have been the last to know.

The lady working in the breakfast area was absolutely amazing . She made my family, and I feel welcomed and at home. She went above and beyond. She will always have a place in my heart.

I was sad we didn't have much of a view, but the room was clean and huge. When asked, we were given extra blankets and towels with no issues. The building is older but absolutely beautiful, located near restaurants and fun activities.

Great room, nice and quiet. An exterior window would have been nice. The free breakfast was much better than most. Every employee I dealt with was quite friendly and competent. The breakfast hostess was exceptional. The location is perfect for downtown activity. Everywhere downtown is easily walkable.

The lobby wasn't great, but it was previously a bank. I prefer the historical nature of the building to a modern lobby.

The hotel is an old bank building so the walls are thick. Other than hearing water running from the room above when you're in the bathroom, it's very quiet unlike newer hotels. Everyone at the hotel, from the valet to the front desk to especially the breakfast bar ladies were very friendly and helpful to meet your needs. I was a little anxious after reading other reviews of this hotel but I am glad we did not pay attention and stayed at this hotel. It was a perfect location if you are visiting the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame or going to a game at Progressive Field. All within easy walking distance.

Just an FYI -- I accidentally reserved a handicapped room, which was my oversight. The shower was a roll-in shower so there was no lip to keep the water from getting on the floor. You had to be careful and dam up some towels afterward. For someone in a wheelchair or someone who can't step in to a tub, this was an ideal setup. We had to be careful but again, my oversight when booking the room.
