Their rooms are exceptional. Comfortable beds, very clean and well kept but the room I had kept seeping water around the base of the bathtub. They would just come wipe it up- which I did that the first day or two.

PARKING was valet ONLY and $50 a day but then that was most hotels in/near downtown Cleveland. Problem is that the ad says nothing about it being VALET ONLY. There is a reasonable parking garage direclty behind the hotel on Huron Street Thankfully. I rode a motorcycle there so if you're riding make sure you understand that the hotelor valet service WILL NOT let you use their valet parking lot.

The location in downtown Cleveland which offers beautiful views at night is what I liked about the place. However I wish I had a room at a higher floor so I could appreciate the downtown Cleveland skyline. The rooms were reasonably priced for a family of 4 adults and it had a coffee maker which is fantastic. No making a trip to the Starbucks downstairs when I can get hot coffee in my room right after I wake up. The front office staff - especially Crystal who I will remember were helpful.

I think the room got a little crampy as with 4 large bags we could not find a lot of space to move around freely. Also they should have been stocked with more towels. A water filter to refill water would have been great. It may have been there but I could not find it.

First time visiting Cleveland for a concert. We arrived 2 hours before check-in so we could valet the vehicles and explore a bit, and grab a bite to eat. We were able to go straight to our room and get situated before exploring Playhouse Square. There's way too much to do in a single day, so we elected to walk to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, which took MAYBE 15 minutes. The place is surrounded by all kinds of little dive bars, restaurants, shops, theaters, and attractions. Not to be beforgetten that the staff here is top-notch. You might even be able to talk a few of them into a freindly game or two on the lobby tic-tac-toe board. It was just an awesome experience, and if we come back this way, we know where to stay.

The location is excellent for theater goers. The desk clerks were extremely attentive, polite and very helpful. Valet service was a plus.

We had an after the show drink in the onsite bar/restaurant. The sole bartender was a little short with us. We could see she was overwhelmed and we responded with smiles and patience. My margarita wasn't really a margarita ( no salt ring, no lime garnish) and we were charged for a full bottle of wine when we had ordered and received only one glass. She graciously apologized for the price error but then we had to wait and wait until her manager came to void the transaction and she could issue a new check.

The property was in the heart of Cleveland, which made it very convenient to do the traveling we had to do. Also, everything was very neat and clean, and the staff was amazing. We also enjoyed the restaurant associated with the hotel and the manager and staff there also went out of their way to make it a great experience. They went above and beyond to help us in our needs while we stayed there. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and will definitely be going back.

We have no complaints about this hotel… we were extremely satisfied.

The soap that this hotel provides is very impressive! I’m surprised to see the brand Apotheke from my home city here. I love their products and it’s so nice that this hotel provides them. Also the room is very spacious and clean. Elevator is fast and the lobby looks nice. Check in process is very fast and smooth. The room has large window and good exposure of sunlight.

The area seems a little unsafe during the night because we checked in very late. And we couldn’t get in the hotel because they locked the doors for only guests to come in. Wish the mini hotel lobby bar provides more complimentary items to guests such as free snacks and fruits. Or coffee with creamer will be good.

The staff are top notch in their readiness to help and their knowledge and friendliness. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The restaurant has an interesting variety of dishes that are served in a pleasant environment and in-room service. I stay here whenever I go to Cleveland and have never been disappointed.

The tv in my room needed attention to color adjustment which I couldn't manage. I was told that they are currently upgrading room tv's.

The staff behind the check-in desk were awesome and check-in and out went smoothly! The valet service was great! The restaurant staff during the morning shifts were exceptional!!! So very friendly and attention to service and making us feel welcome was a priority! Food was great!

Honestly, the staff working the bar in the evening was not customer forward. My husband and I sat at the bar for 10 minutes, and nobody came to great us or ask us what we would like. There were 2 staff behind the bar just talking and not showing any interest in us being there. Too bad...........

Spacious, comfortable room. Tasty food and drinks in the bar/restaurant. Service was excellent, with all staff going out of their way to make it an enjoyable dining experience.

Housekeeping team serviced the room after 2pm on weekdays, so thought it would be fine not to put the do not disturb sign on the door for Saturday morning as I’d be out before they come to clean. But at 8.30am on Saturday they were already banging on the door. Not a major and I could’ve avoided myself by putting sign on the door before going to sleep.

Appreciated the valet service, albeit a little expensive. The location was wonderful, and having the restaurant, Yours Truly next door was a plus. Shout out to Erick and Mickey who were awesome and so helpful during our stay. Very personable and friendly. The room was nice and clean. 4th floor housekeeping staff were friendly and responsive. They kept our room nice and neat. It was so nice to return to our room after the baseball games to a made bed, fresh towels and clean room.

The city life after hours was blah.
