Cleanliness , peaceful , the accommodations. The fact that it's next to entertainment. The restaurant food was great. Staff was very polite and helpful. The rood top bar is an experience and I loved it

For the amount of money and person spends at this hotel they should have to pay for the well over charged parking that is charged daily and then have to walk across a very busy street with luggage. The valet provided is very expensive too even more than the self parking. $45 a day to park is wild to me.

Service could have been a lot better for the price. Ignored by bar staff, keys for elevator didn’t work 2x before I asked if employee could show me if I’m doing something wrong, check in employee was supposed to run up a new key to my room, didn’t come bc he forgot…

Food was scrumptious. The interior of the hotel is designed impeccably. Absolutely beautiful.

There was dust on the vents and the ceiling of the room it was also all over the room. On the tables, chairs and bed. I didn't realize any of this until i had. friend visit who advised me to have the hotel staff come vacuum it up. They did so which was greatly appreciated,

We had to pay again even though we had paid on booking.com for our room plus incidental then told could take 7-10 days to be refunded.

The hotel was wonderful with the various bars - the Ledger was great, and the vault was amazing. We had a wonderful bartender Maris(sp?) All of the staff were top notch. We had great food and drink there.

We had a king room - #814. The view was bad, and a little invasive, as there is a building right across (really close), where there are offices. They could look right into our windows if we didn’t keep the shades closed. Also, every morning, 5:30am-7ish, we awoke to trucks backing up(beeping) - I’m thinking garbage trucks right below us and then the banging of the dumpster…

Staff was friendly, food was excellent, very convenient location, and lots of attractions within the facility.

I would have appreciated a microwave and a coffee maker in the room.

Everything was wonderful! Perfect in every way! Loved the smoked old fashioned at Ledger! Customer service amazing! The King Suite was the perfect definition of luxe! Could not get room service after 10 pm but ordered from a local gyro place and the food arrived quickly, was hot, fresh, and suited for people who do not eat pork.

I love this place and I will continue to come here whenever I can afford it💙💙
