Very good location. Good places to eat/drink on the same street and across the street. About a 20 minute walk from the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. We took scooters on the way back which took less than 10 minutes.

No free breakfast but they do give you a coupon voucher to get something at their market.

Great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was easy as well as check out. The lady who tended the bar was really nice and cordial. The room was clean and as pictured. Complimentary washes in the shower is nice touch. Great views from the terrace

For the cost you would expect a complimentary breakfast. The cost for daily parking is outrageous and was not aware that would be an additional cost. The shower is nice but water leaks out the door and puddles on the floor.

Awesome downtown location. Easily walkable to most attractions. We had a room, facing the lake, which was beautiful! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms could using some love…peeling wallpaper, etc. Overall, great stay and will stay here again!

The walls in our room could use some paint and wallpaper repair/replacement.

Based upon past reviews, I was not expecting much, but I found the staff at the reception very kind and helpful, parking valet service great, the bar tender very kind, and the room certainly adequate. The style of the hotel is similar to many modern European hotels starting in around 20 years ago. The area was popular with the emerging younger generation, numerous wedding receptions, and activities. A very nice respectful multi-cultural area. Near enough with a little walking to sporting events and cultural locations.

All of downtown Cleveland is a bit overpriced. Traffic patterns as in many cities are a bit complicated.

It was perfect for our quick overnight stay to see a concert at Jacob’s Pavillion

The only thing that I did not like was the TV remote would not let me put anything on but Demand- I would have liked to see the local news and or sports

Not very many dining options for me and my 10-year-old son. Nothing close was open, and hotel had very limited options. This was at 8PM.

Everything was excellent. The staff was very kind, and we checked in earlier without any extra charges.

There was not handheld showerhead with flexible hose, what is werry uncomdortable for girls. Breakfast is just coupon 10 dollars.

This hotel is in a great location. Many restaurants around to choose from in walkable distant. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The decor was very inviting, and the amenities were plenty. I would stay here again.

There were some nice restaurants close by and we were heading to the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame in the morning. This was very convenient. The facility was clean and easy access. The vallet service was super easy.

It seemed geared more toward people, traveling for business. The elevator situation was odd.

The room was ok in size but the bed were super comfortable and the staff was great , and the downtown location is perfect.

The price was steep , but it probably was because of the venues downtown that weekend.
