Great location

Doors are paper thin, people talking in the hallway sounded like they were in our room.

I enjoyed the location, it was close to everything downtown area, the rock ‘n’ roll museum and other attractions or in walking distance, there was a St. Patrick’s Day parade that was amazing! We were very close to all of the stadiums. The casino was also in walking distance. This hotel was nice & very friendly. There was a young gentleman that was a greeter that greeted you very pleasantly. Upon our arrival & upon our leaving he was very respectful and wished us a safe travels & stated that he hope we enjoyed everything that the hotel had to offer. Supposed to be back in Cleveland next month, so hopefully the only issue that I did have gets resolved, because this would definitely be our go to place to stay. My husband was extremely relaxed!! Which was well needed.

I was charged for my room on a card and was told that it did not go through. Had to use another card to get my room. I am still waiting for the hold to be released from the first card. No resolution has been done as of yet, my financial institution states that it is the hotel that is still holding the funds. When my other card shows that the services has been paid. I contacted the hotel spoke with a representative. She said that they would look into it and get back to me. I still have not heard from anyone as of yet. I still have a hold on my bank account of over $500. This was the only downfall that I honestly say I endured during my stay, and currently still enduring.

Perfect location within walking distance to baseball stadium, football stadium and Rock n Roll Hall of fame. Very comfortable room and nice staff

Little construction going on which caused some confusion getting from parking garage to hotel lobby. Maybe better signs would help

The location of the hotel was close to everything!!! Parking in Cleveland is horrible because you have to pay for it damn near everywhere. The hotel had Parking that was $37(self parking) with in and out. When you pulled into the parking there was someone there to help you. Then when you walked into the doors, the valet was there to help you as well even if you did not use there service. The bellman was very helpful making sure he let people know not to let anyone steal the joy out of their day. Checking in was painless the ladies were very helpful.

There was nothing I disliked

The Westin Downtown Cleveland is a perfect location downtown. Close to both stadiums for the Guardians, the Browns, and right around the corner from the Huntington Convention Center. The staff was amazing, very friendly, from check-in, to the bellman greeting as you come and go, the security staff, the attendants for the garage, and even the restaurant staff. Traveling all the way from the west coast the staff definitely made it feel like a home away from home, they are great people, especially the bellman "Don't let nobody take that J out your Joy today!" loved his energy The room I was in was a 1 King Lake View on the 21st floor. The room was spacious, and the bed and pillows were one of the best combos in a hotel I've experienced. The bathroom was very nice, with a nice walk in shower, and great lighting. The view was amazing being able to catch the sunset on the water. I highly recommend it!

The only slightly negative situation was the parking garage. The hotel was fully booked, and many were in town for an event at the convention center. So once parking filled up it was very slim picking on parking spots. Nothing too serious, just a smaller garage.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the view of the lake.

Parking was a bit stressful not being from the area. We had expected to do self park but valet was the only option with the self park garage being closed. Unexpected expenses are never fun but other than that it was pleasant.

Location, valets on Friday we're polite and helpful. They welcomed me in their space to go inside and checkin. Your employees were helpful and tried to answer my questions. The doorman Saturday morning reached out to me in a positive, helpful manner. Very good breakfast from Agave, allowed to bring it up to my room.

Noisy door latches, only one floor towel with an open end of a shower. Unique shower surround. Hard to cover up comfortably in bed. Covering was too small

Staff was friendly Lisa who checked us in, Brandon and David from valet very helpful. Bathroom was huge and had a great view from window

The parking was a nightmare. First got ticket then went to front desk to change from hourly to overnight. We went to go out for night ticket said invalid. Had to get someone on speaker who we couldn't understand and so hard to hear, we almost missed our concert from being stuck in garage. We came back I called front desk at midnight telling them will it work , they said if doesn't go see valet guy, well it didn't work. Had to wait again to get in. Upon check out we asked for someone to come let us out and valet came to help, and $38 for overnight . Bathroom huge but had to take shower hose off because with seat in there hard to get to, but great hot water

The customer service was great. We had a bit of an issue with the parking garage because a kid who didn’t work there tried to scam us $30 cash for parking. But he didn’t work for the hotel and the staff helped us to get our money back and were very apologetic and gave us a free upgrade and free breakfast which we really appreciated. The view of our room was great and the location was so convenient, we could walk to just about anything we wanted to do!

The water pressure one day wasn’t that great but they fixed it fairly quickly

Really great staff. I didn’t catch his name, but he worked in the mornings and called everyone “my friend” and addressed everyone who came through the lobby telling them to have a good day, good weekend, etc. He was just a gem! The room was beautiful, clean, and had just enough space for me to spread out.
