The staff was AMAZING!!! They all remained friendly and professional while being extremely busy!! The cleaning ladies were smiling and wishing all of the Cheerleaders good luck!! The breakfast attendants on Tuesday and Wednesday were friendly while keeping things clean and stocked!! The front desk ladies when we checked in on Monday evening were so polite despite it being chaotic and busy, I had an issue with my key card on Monday night and the overnight guy was kind and fixed it with a smile, the check out ladies Wednesday morning were kind and it was a simple process!! I would hands down recommend this hotel to EVERYONE!!

Tru by Hilton was PERFECT for our stay! As a patient of the Cleveland Clinic, the hospitality offered by the staff and the facility were exceptional: the staff (Rob) received us and made possible the meeting of every need we had; the facility is a 3 minute drive from the main pavilion of the Cleveland Clinic - so it's nearby, and priced reasonably for middle class persons to be able to afford it. The early morning breakfast is nourishing and delicious; the 24 hour coffee is deeply appreciated. This is a very modern faciliy with spot-on engineering for ease of use, comfort, and affordability. Way to go!

We liked everything.

1- Remote check in and electronic key especially after 10 arrival 2- This location although near Cleveland Clinic is in a challenging area. The parking lot had security vehicle all night— Great Idea and appreciate it 3- A snack provided by the front desk was a nice touch.

In a perfect world the HVAC unit would be quieter. Loud and in need of repair? NO. But not being used to a machine moving air and cycling on/off all night. Would prefer a quiet low speed fan that could be allowed to stay on. The lowest setting on the unit in room 230 was not really low when sleeping.

The customer service was excellent. It's a very nice & modern facility. I love the fire pit. The location was perfect for us to get to the Cavs game easily.

The sheets were stained on both beds. The light above the nightstand didn't work.

The customer service was very nice and accommodated our needs while we booked two rooms and hoped they would be close to each other and they help us perfectly. We enjoys our breakfast, and there 12oclock checkout time. Walking distance to the Agora Theater, with some food options close by.. We had a lovely time

One thing I didn't like was the shower door didn't close properly and water would puddle on the floor. But we only stayed one night. Not long enough to really bother me.

Location, staff was wonderful, checking Inn was great, the gentleman that checked us in Monday afternoon was very nice, he set up my two rooms together, when the TV didn't come on he came to our room and fixed it.. If I ever go to Cleveland again I will stay there

Ice machine only on first floor, fridge was way to small and no microwave in the room to heat up our left over dinner, I had to go downstairs to heat it up

Nice hotel in a convenient location with access to highways nearby making getting around very quick and easy. Close to downtown, stadiums and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame which was the reason for my visit. Not going to lie, the area around the hotel is not an area I would travel around at night but the hotel had security on site so I never felt unsafe or worried about my car in the parking lot.

I wish Tru would have recycling bins in the room instead of just one location in the lobby. Otherwise, good hotel with no complaints.

Rooms are comfortable. Good temperature quiet and dark for sleeping. Luxury vinyl flooring in room feels so much cleaner than carpeting.

Felt like neighborhood may have been dicey. There was security in parking lot overnight and felt like that’s necessary so cars don’t get broken into

Hilton launched the TRU brand as an alternative to full-service hotels, marketing TRU hotels as co-living and co-working spaces targeted at younger patrons. The TRU hotels lack some of the amenities that a full-service hotel might have, such as a microwave. ironing board, and clothes closet in the room. Also, these hotels have no pool and if you want ice for your drinks, you'll need to get it on the ground floor. The rooms are spartan, but decent, reminiscent of an inexpensive European hotel or pension. The breakfast is typical for Hilton, with a wide variety of choices from fruit to cereal to pancakes. There is no lunch or dinner served, and there is no bar, but there is a small convenience store at the front desk where guests can purchase snacks and drinks, including beer and wine. Parking is free and plentiful.

We didn't have any issues with the hotel, other than that our first assigned room was on the side of the hotel where road construction was ongoing. The administration changed our room to the opposite side of the hotel. The towels and sheets could have been of higher quality. The towels were a bit thin and the sheets a bit scratchy. Also, the location of this TRU hotel appears to be in a redevelopment area east of downtown; there are few restaurants or stores within walking distance and I wouldn't feel comfortable walking around in the neighborhood at night.
