There was no continental breakfast. A 15.95 buffet breakfast. They did offer a grab & go breakfast for a reasonable price. My daughter was there for surgery at Cleveland Clinic so the location was great.

No parking! Had to use $25/day valet parking. At least there was a shuttle bus to the hospital that worked out pretty well. Was told if we were there for medical reason a discount was available, but I mentioned it at checkin and no discount was given. They also charge $50/day for incidentals. This charge will be pending on a credit card, but not on a debit card. Not really any good, inexpensive restaurants close! Was not impressed with the one in the hotel. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH BOOKING.COM! We were lucky that our daughter didn't have to stay as long as expected so checked out a day early but can't get refunded for that day. Overall our stay here was okay, but several issues would have made it better.

Check-in was easy and efficient. One of the staff members was extremely helpful as well. I had to request a late check out and she was able to extend my check out time free of charge. The bed was very comfy, the Wi-Fi Internet worked great, and the bathroom was decent, nice hot shower and plenty of towels. The cafe downstairs had great coffee and bitings. Furthermore, there was a convenience store with self check out that had a variety of food and drink items. Also, I liked being able to get my itemized receipt with no hassle, it was actually slid under my door.

Nothing serious to note in particular. Guests staying here should note that it tends to be quite busy, likely due to its affiliation with the Cleveland Clinic. So, patients may stay there as well. Also, I did find it to be a bit on the higher side in terms of price. I was charged $199 one night, then a much higher price on the second night. However, this was within my budget, and may not be too pricey for some.

The shower in our room had hair in the floor of it and there was no shampoo in the dispenser.I inquired about the shampoo Sat morningand they brought us some. The breakfast was good but was overpriced and the container lids on the buffet would not stay open so you could get your food out. This breakfast should be priced at no more than 10.95. Most of your guests are staying with you because of some connection to the Cleveland Clinic. These people are most likely going tru a challenging time anyways. Help those guests out by making breakfast more affordable. Also dont play the music so loud over the intercom....not pleasent

the housekeeping assigned to my room provided clean amenities and gave great attention to towels needed and a tidy room. I was very pleased with the well made bed and clean bathroom.

So, I ordered from the Moce Diner in the Holiday Inn/CCF on my 2nd night's stay. I ordered a carryout for the Chicken Alfredo. The dish was very appealing to my eyes and tastebuds. I was very pleased with this delicious dish!!! On another night during this same stay, I ordered a carryout for the Quesadilla, an appetizer, only. My thoughts are that it had been overcooked with the soft tortilla bread cooked to a crunchy crisp/ thus leaving the cheese portion dry. It was late when i ordered, so, I ate only half of the sliced quesadilla but I informed the cook about my order being overcooked just out of my concern to give immediate feedback.

Liked the walking distance from the Hospital to the Hotel. I also like the restaurant in the Hotel.

I think it's a shame to charge such high prices for families that stay there because they are having testing or surgery to add to there expensive. It's a stressful time for the patient and the families. A better discount would help the situation. We have stayed 4 times for my daughter to have brain surgery. I was lucky enough to be able to stay in her hospital room to help with expensive. Thank you.

The staff was really friendly at this location. I liked how they had a restaurant right in the hotel and was great for dinner. The valet parking was really easy and our room was decent size.

The breakfast buffet payment set up was a little confusing. We prepaid for breakfast person with our room when we booked online, but they still charged us per person once we ate so essentially double charged us. Also, there is a pool but it is tiny and shallow which would be better for little kids rather than older ones.

We had a medical appt nearby so the location was perfect. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. AC worked well and was quiet. I liked the Dish TV and selection of channels. The valet parking was a good value, convenient, and fast.

We had a miscommunication with getting our room cleaned, but the housekeeping supervisor resolved it to our satisfaction.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. This hotel is conveniently located, for sure, and super clean and updated. Staff were friendly and check in/out was easy and fast.

I had to turn the AC off because it kept cycling on and off which was too disruptive for sleep. Would love actual half and half for coffee instead of chemical powder creamer. Can't some be in the fridge?

The cost was higher than I thought My husband was admitted to ICU in Cleveland and it was unexpected obviously, so there wasn't exactly a budget for a hotel stay but it was necessary. I would have been able to stay at the hotel longer and be closer to my husband had it been more affordable

The parking situation is really unfortunate. You have to use the valet to park so it's an extra $25/day. That's bad enough, but each day we were there we had to wait 15-20 mins for the valet to bring your car, and not because it was crowded, but because they park the cars so far away. Really a pain! Nor really a walkable area, and Cleveland is not known for its public transportation.
