It was perfect for two adults and two teenagers. We had plenty of space. The teens even commented that this was the best hotel room we have ever stayed in.

The parking situation was not super clear at check in. It would have been great if that was part of the check in check list that the front desk went over at the time of arrival.

Kelly at front desk was great, fast check in was good.

Valet parking took along time to pull my car up even after a 25 minute notice and go down to get my car and they still didn't get it yet and took them additional 30 mins of waiting. That was on Friday night around 8:20.

Friendly staff, convenient to Cleveland clinic and the shuttle so convenient. Nice variety on the breakfast buffet and food has been good. Valet is so nice and helpful.

Our car had mud on the outside and on the inside floor driver side when they brought it to us . It is a new vehicle and was spotless when we gave over the keys when we arrived.

I loved the personal products - shampoo, lotion, soap, conditioner The location was perfect for going to The Cleveland Clinic I liked that a terry cloth robe was included

I wish parking had been easier and that I didn't have to pay for valet parking.

The suite was nice. Staff was friendly. Food was very good for a very fair price.

Double beds instead of queen beds makes 2 people on one bed(even when one is a 3yr old) makes it very hard to get sleep. The lack of a fitted sheet on the mattress was also problematic as it was very loose and needed to be fixed in the middle of the night.

The staff helped with a price match 1 of our 2 nights, gave us a room with a walk in shower for my handicapped father, brought us a shower chair and bedding for sofa sleeper. Suite had a nice kitchen area and comfortable king sized bed. Location and shuttle to Cleveland Clinic were great.

Room was a little warm, couldn't get it cooler, couldn't figure how to get a guide on the TV, sofa bed very uncomfortable,would have preferred price match on both nights, didn't care for $24 per night valet park at hotel, when opened sofa bed crumbs and a pencil under sofa, housekeeping didn't make our bed.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a nice restaurant and bar. The valet made parking very easy.

The facilities seemed a bit old. I was surprised that card access was not required in the elevator. That made me question safety a bit but we did not have any safety concerns.

We liked the room and breakfast options.

One of my kids has food allergies and although there were other options to order from on the menu, it was a waste of one of the complimentary tickets. It was expensive for toast, potatoes, and sausage.

Our stay was cut short due to illness. We stayed 2 days but paid for 4. I thought a refund would have applied
