We enjoyed the space in the king studio. It would make for a comfortable extended stay. The buffet was very nice. It exceeded my expectation with the variety. Your staff is wonderful . Everyone was very pleasant. I found out I shared the same birthday with the front desk attendant who checked us in. That was a good laugh! The bed was very comfortable. I slept well, which isn't always true during travel. Liked that there is a pool and fire pit, but didn't have a chance to use it this visit.

There was a leak in the bathroom toilet. It didn't affect our stay, I just wasn't excepting that. I notified the front desk upon check out, I am sure it will be tended to.

Had a fairly good stay! Room was nice and spacious and bed was comfy, enjoyed the shower (good water pressure). Location pretty convenient to the hospital, but learned the hard way that Cleveland not super walkable if you're going anywhere else.. That said, we did walk to the art museum, that was doable. Breakfast was pretty good, the waffles were great and whipped cream was available (bonus points!). Staff was friendly, especially liked how the one of the breakfast attendants offered to make me bacon tomorrow :) Oh yeah, great gym: more bonus points for the Peloton!

The EV chargers, while working when we first got there, stopped soon enough and didn't start again. Saw people plugging in again and again without luck. The front desk, not surprisingly, said there wasn't anything they could do. Didn't love how the room only had 2 towels by default. Don't you know how many people are going to be in it? The shower had 2 body washes and no shampoo. The breakfast was good, but no bacon (see above), and I reeeeally doubt those eggs are "cage free".

The hotel was modern and attractive. The studio room was spacious and well designed. It was a real apartment with a full kitchen, breakfast bar, living room area with couch and desk, sleeping alcove and dressing area by the bathroom. And the television was on a platform and could be swiveled to watch from the living room area or the sleeping alcove. The hotel had garage parking next door with easy access to the hotel. The location in the University Circle / Cleveland Clinic (East Cleveland) neighborhood was very convenient to the area's museums and symphony hall and near to the Little Italy neighborhood, The staff was friendly and helpful.

The only improvement I could suggest would be a couple more clothes hooks in the bathroom.

The staff were incredibly helpful. Every touch point was extremely service oriented. This included reception, house cleaning, maintenance, shuttle drivers. I have stay in many 5 stay hotels and while the facilities are modest in comparison, the service is not.

Nothing. The amenities were really thoughtful for anyone needing to say longer: access to washer / driver, cooking facilities, kitchen, desk. Lobby always had coffee and cold water, and a shuttle bus. The whole service was incredible.

Breakfast was great

We needed fresh towels. Phoned down at 3:00 Saturday. They ever came. Went to front desk at 5:00 and were told they would get them to us. went out and returned at 8:00. No towels. Went back to front desk and receptionist went into the back and brought me fresh towels. I was not impressed Also. When we checked in we were not told that our credit card would be charged $50 a day for incidentals and credited 5-7 days after. Imagine my shock when I saw an extra $100 on my Visa

The breakfast was very good and nice that it varied a bit day to day. The food offer during Happy Hour was also very good. Deidre who ran the bar was very entertaining and did a great job handling all the orders. Good location for walking to the Western Reserve Historical Society Library. The rooms are lovely & spacious

The room was too cold. I turned off the aircon (many for less noise) and take helped but it was still too cold.

Breakfast was fine with a lot of options. We try to maintain a heart healthy diet with a minimum of fats and sugars and could find options that were accommodating. Like the use of plates made from recycled materials. Rooms were quiet and pretty well sound proofed judging by the traffic and sirens passing by outside. Great location for exploring University Circle.

Coffee in the room was poor quality. Not a big problem. Doors close with a slam but it didn't seem too bad hearing neighboring rooms.

I really enjoyed the size of the room and the full kitchen. It was easily accessible.

there were some minor issues in the bathroom where it looked like attention to detail wasn’t taken when it came to cleaning. Additionally, the pool chemicals were really really tremendously off balance and we were unable to swim due to chlorine levels being too high and burning our eyes.

The breakfast was good. The room was spacious and very clean. The location was excellent. The staff were friendly. The house keeper was available 24 hours and responsible to our requests very quickly.

Extra charge for the parking. It seems they clean the rooms every other days not daily! However, when we asked for services they kindly accepted and did it very fast. Breakfast was overall good, but it could be better.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated. It is nice having a real kitchen for making small meals and cleaning up. The free breakfast was nice. We liked being close to the museums, botanical garden, and concert venues for the Encore Chamber music festival.

The parking garage is great but for the room price could have been included instead of extra. I wish free breakfast didn’t mean eating with plastic utensils and producing loads of noncomposted trash.
