The person taking care of the breakfast was exceptional. Her name was Percita…..she not only cooked the breakfast, she made sure that everything was fully stocked, and even cleaned up after. She is definitely a hard and thorough worker!

Everything! After dealing with two other hotels/ rental property not being what they said they were and leaving, this place topped it off for the relaxing vacation we were supposed to have!

Location was awesome, counter person was very distracted with her phone. She wasn't very helpful but I don't know what else she had going at the time either. She wasn't disrespectful she just didn't seem to want to deal with people.

We arrived at 1AM after a very late flight. Shuttle was available, receptionist was helpful, even at that hour. Shuttle driver the next day was helpful returning us to the car rental.

We enjoyed our stay at Hampton very much. Patrick, the desk clerk, was very friendly and helpful. After we settled in our room, we tried turning on the television, but could not get it to work. We called the desk and Patrick came to our room to see if he could fix it, but to no avail. He offered to have us switch rooms, but we said we were already settled. He took a substantial amount off our bill, to which we were very thankful. It showed us how much they cared about our stay. The breakfast was outstanding. We have family in the area, and will continue to use Hampton and spread the word to others.
