Well, we had to be at the Cleveland Clinic on Friday, October 11th and had 3 days to drive 2500 miles. We got there first thing in the morning- about ready to dangerously pass out from driving straight through from Washington State. Jackie kindly let us check-in like a red-eye so we could get some sleep instead of putting our lives in danger. She is kind- they all are. It felt family friendly and safe. Even the staff and residents were all comfortable and that’s nice to be a part of. It meant a lot to us that she was praying for me when I went to the hospital. Because of this, I will be booking a week or so for my Open Heart Surgery. We need all of the positivity that we can get! I did have to buy a refrigerator, though at Walmart to keep my medication cold because our room was missing one. Great people and hope everyone supports them!

I was missing a refrigerator for my medicine- but it’s okay under the circumstances. I’ll stay there again.

The location iys easy to find on the highway, even if you go by local bus, the hotel its clean, and quiet.

no fridges, no coffee machine, no microwave in the room, maybe it's a point to have on mind because the hotel didn't offer breakfast....its near to the airport its a point to think too maybe the hotel can offer in the future transportation even if the guestes have to paid for it. Even the hotel is 100 smoke free, I dont know but do.you feel some.smoke smell when youre cross inside, maybe this is a point to work

We absolutely love the staff. The ladies are amazing, the gentlemen, too. I love the way they are so welcoming and make sure to ask if you need anything, and if not, please let them know if you do. Housekeeping is amazing, especially if you're staying for several days and need fresh bedding or something. We feel very welcomed when we stay here and love the relationships we've built with the staff!

Staff always professional, helpful and courteous. I stay here 2-3 times a year from 1 week to one month,

2 Lights didn't work. TV didn't work, ( turns out it was the remote, and light bulbs needed replacing) . Staff was going to move me to another room, but I just switched out bulbs and remote with the room they were moving me to.

Our flight got diverted to Cleveland due to a bad weather in NY, and we had to stay there overnight. I was really surprised that this hotel had much better score than any other (more expensive) chain hotels around. It is perfect place to stay overnight - pretty clean, good Wi-Fi and the people working there are very nice and friendly. Thank you guys, you’re doing a great job!

And the facility was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pillows could have been a little bit better but overall it was fine for the few hours that I was there

My room was a little warm because the temperature was set at 76°, once I got that regulated down a bit it was much better

very clean and maids respect your privacy. only a couple of rooms as a couple of rooms don’t have microwaves and refrigerators refrigerators and the staff were nice enough to move us us to a first floor room with a microwave and fridge dge. We needed 60 days because of a remodel and the staff worked with us on payments and how how we paid due to financial issues.

The upstairs rooms we were in had a musty smell in the hallways not the rooms and some rooms don’t have microwave don’t have fridges and microwaves so read up on the room you are booking. Don’t book using affirm affirm because red roof won’t accept it even though though booking.com does red roof doesn’t . The bathrooms are extremely small bathrooms are very small and the first floor bathroom bathrooms can give you claustrophobia

This is a very old hotel, however you would not know that by looking at it. It is well maintained. The staff is very friendly and professional.

We had to go get our key reactivated the next day,even though we had our room for 2 Days

The size of the room was very spacious for a motel room that isn't a suite. The location was great. It is within walking distance to many restaurants. The room rate is affordable and what I was expecting to pay.

I wish they had queen sized beds instead of full sized beds. I'm used to sleeping in a queen sized bed. I wish they had a refrigerator in the room too.

They gave us a nice room after we had made a reservation somewhere else (a month earlier) and said they didn't have it. Even tho I had an email and text confirmation!...THANK YOU RED ROOF

There was NOTHING I didn't like.
