The Airport Shuttle driver, Eileen, was very friendly. The front desk lady, Angelina, was very professional. The lady who took care of the breakfast service offered good variety. The housekeeping ladies stayed out of my room, because I asked them to. There was nothing to clean up. I only used one towel, one face cloth, and one "floor" towel the whole week I was there. I still tipped them to stay out of the room.

Minor noise.

The room is clean, the staffs are nice, shuttle bus service is convenient. after I made the reservation, during the conversation, I received two phone numbers: one is 216-267-9634(this one is wrong), another one is 216-267-9364(this one is correct). That incorrect one should be correct or removed.

It is good to inform the waiting area for the shuttle by after reservation being confirmed so that the travellers will not follow the "All shuttle bus" signs in the arrival level.

This was a good place to stay.

Shortly after checking in, the elevator motor started smoking which set off the building fire alarms. Elevator was then out of service and to access above the first floor required walking to the far end of the building. Because the first floor outside security door was not accessible with a room card, it had to be taped in an unlocked position overnight, which made the building less secure.

We had a first floor room with an accessible shower. There was a problem with an overflowing toilet which was taken care of immediately and was sanitized. We appreciated being able to leave our car for a week, and for the excellent, on time shuttle service. Eileen was pleasant and helpful. The desk clerks were also very helpful.

Breakfast was great. Staff was exceptional! Room was nice, needed a deep clean and a couple fix ups. Handicapped shower was the best I have ever had. Beds were too hard. But good overall!

Room needed some updates and a deep cleaning. Beds way too hard caused terrible backaches.

Location, cleanliness & staff

Indoor pool was a little cold for heated pool. Elevator wasn’t working, outside side door was not completely locked to allow people to enter, scanner not working? (Possibly) Thankfully, we were on the lobby floor. We’ve stayed here several times with no issues.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff, super friendly, and the shuttle experience to the airport was awesome. We are from Erie and travel through Cleveland a lot. I i feel that my car is in a very safe area and will be as I left it when i get back. It was very easy to get to the airport. Joe, the shuttle driver was great too!

I specifically booked this to use the shuttle service and was told that it was available. When I got there I was told the shuttle was not working. I had to call an Uber. The restaurant was closed and so was the pool. Poor advertising.

The overtime guy (gage earrings, tats w/ beard) who was the nicest professional person I actually met in that building.

Check in is to late 4pm. It should be 2pm. Bad attitudes and construction going on during the evening hours.

The bed was super comfy everything was clean the breakfast was amazing and the staff was happy to see me and I really appreciate that.

When I took a shower there was no soap in the dispenser so I just used the soap that was on the sink.
