The room, lobby and hallway was very clean. Derrick at the front desk and the ladies in the breakfast area were exceptional! Very helpful and kind. Food was great, and parking was convenient.

2 out of 3 elevators were down, making it difficult for the older folks and staff. The sauna was not functioning, and with all of the athletes staying there this weekend, it was something they were really looking forward to. One of the housekeeping staff was being reprimanded (correctly so) for her language. The over all hotel is well-appointed inside, but the outside, especially outside of the pool area, needs updating.

From start to finish we had a great stay! The shuttle was super convenient! Our flight was canceled and we were able to go back to our room and sleep a little while longer until our next flight! The front desk staff is amazing and deserves a raise! They are super friendly and very accommodating! Rooms are clean and comfortable! Will stay if in the area again!

Location was great! The breakfast was very good. It was better than your traditional hotel/motel free breakfast. The pool and sauna were nice too.

The pool room didn't have any clean towels. I went to the front desk and asked the attendant and she said they should be on the back of each lounge chair. I told her that the towels were all over the floor and the place was a bit messy. She said she would call someone to take care of the area but when I went back several hours later, it was the same. I took a towel from the room to dry off with. The thermostat in our room was broken and it caused the heat to never turn off. We woke up in the middle of the night and it was over 90 degrees in our room. It made sleeping difficult for the rest of the night. We reported the broken thermostat to the front desk the following morning at checkout and they said they would get that looked at.

We stopped to overnight during a family road trip, good spot not far off the interstate, but far enough to not hear it. The pool was nice too, especially to take a 7 year old to burn off some energy after being in a car seat all day.

The fire alarm went off, not the Hotels fault, but it stayed on for almost 45 minutes after the fire department said all clear and left

The elevators were broken, but things like this happen. Beds were comfy, staff was friendly, and though the restaurant had a limited menu, what we did eat was good. Shuttle got us to airport in plenty of time.

I always park my car here when traveling. They shuttle me to and from the airport. This trip I chose to stay overnight since there were snow advisories and I didn’t want to worry about getting to their lot the morning of travel.

The staff was nice and very helpful. Didn't have time for breakfast.

This is very minor. Our room had a stain on the wall by the window. Just needed repainted.

This hotel was a good value. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It's within walking distance of the Metroparks, 10 minutes from the airport, and 2 minutes from the highway. You can't beat the location. Our reservation included breakfast, which was actually a sit-down meal! Very unexpected and the food was excellent! The hotel also has a very large gym -- 3 treadmills, 3 ellipticals, free weights, yoga mats, etc., which was a nice surprise as well.

The only negative is that the facility is definitely showing its age. The room had a bit of a musty smell and just looked outdated. I think replacing the carpeting and window treatments -- and refinishing the bathtub / shower caulk -- would do wonders for its appearance. But we would definitely stay there again.

The building was built very well. The rooms were quite and the beds were very comfortable. Loved having the coffee machine in our room.

We could not get the TV to tune into any of the stations that were listed on the guide. We were forced to watch only a few channels that would come in only by moving the channel up and down buttons on the remote and it was very limited. Even using the numbers for channels didn't work. An instruction card might have helped. We didn't eat the breakfast. We kind of thought that it should be free for paying guests.

Breakfast was good. The room was clean. Good customer service...staff was friendly...

No trash bag in trash can and only 1 in the room in the bathroom. The tub is not free flowing needs to be unstopped...Duevet on the bed was full of hair and not my hair...
