First assigned room on 2nd floor had a leaky bathtub faucet, and the hallway outside needed maintenance (carpet was really worn out). Moved to the 3rd floor which was in better condition, and the room was perfect: spacious, comfortable, clean. The room is tailor made for those spending 5-7 days, with its built in kitchen (stove/oven, standard refrigerator, dishwasher), but for me being a solo traveller staying overnight, it had amenities that I didn't necessarily require. Staff are super friendly, and always accommodating. Generally speaking, a very good room, a comfortable stay, a solid experience for an overnight stay.

The second floor was clearly being used by/assigned to travellers more frequently, and it showed by the hallway carpet that needs maintenance/replacement. Its appearance takes away from the quality the establishment provides with its rooms. A better selection for "Breakfast Included" is required outside of coffee/tea/hot chocolate and granola bars. There are many options for breakfast restaurants in the surrounding areas if you want the "eggs, bacon, toast" approach.. Otherwise, no real complaint.

This was a room I really wish I'd taken pics of! I'm a travel nurse and I'd TOTALLY stay here for an assignment. When you walked in, there was the bathroom to your immediate right with lots of room under the sink. I really liked the speckled design on the bath/shower surround. Great water pressure and lots of hot water. Just past the bathroom door, there was a large dresser w mirror. Large comfy chair and couch w a coffee table. Separate stand w the tv on it. The bed was comfy and all linens/towels were clean, white and fresh. The kitchenette shared a wall with the sleeping area and had a large opening in it so you could sit at the breakfast bar and still watch TV if you wanted to. Full size fridge, electric stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher and LOTS of cupboard space. I don't know if you could get any pots/pans/dishes frim the desk but of course you could bring your own. There was a fitness room that I saw had bikes and treadmills when I peeked in quick. The area was quiet and we saw quite a few people walking after dark. This hotel is also close to Southwest General Hospital. Downtown Cleveland is approx 30 mins away and the closest entrance to the MANY parks to the Metroparks was in Berea about 10-15 mins away. Lots of restaurants and fast food places close by.

That we couldn't stay an extra night! They were sold out due to events in Cleveland.

Breakfast times and different types of breakfast could work and not the same things for complimentary breakfast.Maybe switch it up a bit. Also,the payment process for extended stay accommodations for monthly or more than 14 day stay individuals. This was not good you still need to pay for upfront week portions except for the month. This is not good for those who may use this accommodations for living and need this relocation for work if there employer is not helping with the accommodations.

It was a comfortable stay for the short duration of the time that I actually spent in the room.

The property had not prepared for the impending weather "wintery mix" forecast by pre salting the front door area & walkway; thus, creating a dangerously slippery entrance/exit to the hotel once it had occurred.

It was fine,clean,front desk clerk was friendly and helpful.Free coffee was delicious.We went to Morgan Wallen concert,so for the price of this room as compared to some of the others it was a good value.

The bed was a double,a little small

The staff were great. The room was spacious and clean and the location was great.

My only complaint was breakfast. It was packaged muffins that could be gotten at any convenient store. Not a big selection to choose from. At least there was a Perkins restaurant a block away that we went to.

Close to airport; reliable but not exciting restaurants near by. We enjoyed the Olive Garden. The hotel caters to long term stays so there is kitchen in every apt which we didn't take advantage of.

Included breakfast is `take away': coffee and rolls. But fine at the price.

The accommodation was excellent. I have no complaints about it. The only criticism is that the air conditioning had a bad smell when the heater was on, but otherwise it was excellent. I can recommend it and I would stay there again.

Ok could have used more choices. Fresh fruit or bagels

Floor in the room needs to be washed more often. Sticky and socks became dirty when walking on it.

Room was very quiet.

Kitchen utensils; coffee maker, knives, spoons, forks, plates, cups, and glasses, had to be asked for at front desk.. Not kept in the room. Staff originally tried to give us a double queen room with no living room area on third floor,, but our single queen bed was only available on first floor only.
