The staff were friendly & seemed to enjoy working with each other which is always good to see. The kitchen staff for breakfast were amazing, it was only one person that I could see but she ran a tight ship & the breakfast was excellent & clean!

We started in room 322 and there was someone above us who we could hear walking or moving back and forth all through the night. Not their fault but the ceiling might need to be looked at.

Being on the first floor, breakfast was good and overall it’s a very nice location. We like our stay in the Hampton Inns as that is our # 1 choice of hotels!

The cleanliness of the room could have been better, we found a crushed can underneath the bed, the bathroom shower was leaking, the shower fixtures were loose and some mold was observed around the bathtub! We always stay in the Hampton Inn chain hotels and we’re quite shocked to see; since we are used to Hampton Inna being the cleanest and well maintained hotels.

Apparently, several baseball players from out of town were staying at same time. Pretty noisy. Sounded like someone bouncing ball off walls in the room above. Breakfast was just par.

Location was great, because we wanted to be close to Cleveland. The beds were comfortable. Pool was big, with a lot of chairs. The breakfast was well stocked.

We didn't like the barn door on the bathroom. The bathroom didn't have a fan. There was no hot tub.

Close to airport room was clean and roomy breakfast was good and plenty of coffee available whenever needed

My refrigerator did not get cold enough wish I had a microwave in my room

breakfast was good but not great. the bacon did not taste like bacon. was surprised by no potatoes any day. i have a gluten allergy but no bread alternatives for me.

Too expensive! We came for a class reunion but the Cuyahoga county tax is excessive and we probably will not come back to visit family or gather with friends in North Olmsted because $200 a night is more than we feel is necessary to stay in a hotel these days. The breakfast was nothing spectacular. The coffee was good and the sausage was good but hard boiled eggs and gloppy oatmeal with raisins and French bread sticks I’m not enough protein or appealing to call it breakfast.

Pool was a nice size and was open early and late. The kids loved it. The room was spacious and clean. We loved that the bathroom had refillable containers of shampoo, etc. It's more environmentally friendly and there is also enough for those of us travelling with several long-haired girls!

The facility is updated and decorated nicely. I really like the walk-in shower option and bathroom space. The bedroom area space was well proportioned for sleeping and luggage spacing.

The pillows were not supportive and very flat - bring your own! The eggs at breakfast were still half frozen, but that was the first time I'd ever experienced that. It would be nice if the room fridges had a freezer section so I could refreeze our cooler ice packs before heading back home.

My flight had been canceled at Newark because of the wheather and I called the Hotel and told them that I cannot come. They canceld my booking without a cancelation fee eventhough it was almost midnight. That was very nice for me.
