I liked the home feeling I got staying in a room with a full clean kitchen. The desk staff was amazing!!!!! Very welcoming and polite. Walmart and other large chain of stores was right across the parking lot which was a plus. Everything I needed where at my fingertips.

Upon entering my room there was water on the kitchen and bathroom floor, I guess the attendant had just cleaned the room. Thank God I turned the lights on or I would have slipped and fell.I didn't like that the guests who's already paying for the stay have to pay for parking as well. This is something that should be listed on the 3rd party website when booking the reservation and not told at check in. I didn't like that you have to download an app just to pay to wash your clothes. Children should not be allowed to stay on the upper floors. I think the guests above me did Zumba 24 hours a day my entire stay. I had to keep the tv on just to block out the stomping to the timing of the beats just to get some sleep. No swimming pool or breakfast. Not kid friendly there's nothing for them to do.

Tammy at the front desk was a phenomenal resource for just about everything. She went out of her way to accommodate requests. For example, she retrieved a paper plate from the breakfast supply to enable me to reheat leftovers from a meal out. She suggested my brother fly to Seattle out of Columbus instead of Cleveland, which worked exceptionally well because I needed to avoid too many extra driving hours to my home on the East Coast.

We loved the staff especially the lady named Tiffany. She was very helpful because we had a issues with getting into our room. Overall we loved the stay. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Langley

I didn't like being in the fourth floor, but we loved the room

Our room was as described. Check in process was simple. Good free coffee in the hotel store, free laundry was also nice to have. Kitchen in room was nice had plenty of shelf space for our food.

A lot of guests on our floor did not adhere to the no smoking policy, so the hallways smelled of cigarettes and weed. Not sure if there is a way to kick out guests who obviously ignored that rule. Hotel room phone did not work so whenever I had a question or request I had to go down to front desk. Only 1 roll of toilet paper in room had to go out and buy our own.

I was in Cleveland for a wedding and this hotel offered the most value. The bride and groom booked blocks in a separate hotel up the road, but it was literally twice the cost. This hotel met all expectations of a 3-4 star hotel, at a 2 star price. Plus it had other amenities, like a fridge, hot plate, and kitchen sink. Would absolutely stay again!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient to the airport without being right there. The location was also convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the Metropark system. The room was quiet

I was glad to see some updating going on for the outside, and the room had been updated, but the hallways were musty smelling and ready for an update as well.

True suite with separate bedroom and small kitchenette. When we travel with our kids, it helps if we have separate rooms so we don't have to hide in the dark when it's time to put the kids to bed.

Trying to call the front desk prior to check in routed me to a frustrating automated menu geared towards reservations. When I explained I already had a reservation, I was hung up on! It took me multiple tries to get to the front desk. Once I reached the front desk (forget the automatic prompts and just dial 0,) the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Comfortable room. Very quiet even with some work going on outside. Looked like gutter replacement or something, was never an inconvenience for us.

Just a few things. Loose hinges on cabinet doors, screws coming out, we tightened them as best we could and reported to desk clerk when we checked out. She did write it down and said she would have it looked at.

I love that this all suites hotel allowed pets. We also enjoyed having a little kitchenette. Great space in our suite. Friendly staff and very accommodating.

The only thing I can think of is no hot breakfast, but with a kitchenette, you can cook your own 🍽🥓🍳🥣
