The staff is wonderful. Helpful, pleasant and go above and beyond. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has many options.

Different room than last time but the smoke alarm was going off intermittenly in this one also. Maintainence took care of it but what are the chances ? Wish the pool would have been open. Prior to arriving I had called and was told it would be open but it wasnt.

There is no restaurant inside the hotel, but Lovepreet & Tiffany (The New Hotel Managers) have IMPROVED the entire hotel TREMENDOUSLY! With Kalm Kevin, Ralph (“The Sharp One”) & Lulu Luv💗 as Front Desk Services, THIS RADISSON IS WINNING!!!🥇

I love how quiet it is & the large room sizes. I come to Cleveland area every 6 months & have stayed in various places until I discovered this Radisson. The rates are very reasonable & even though it’s not the most updated hotel in the area, it is very clean & has everything I need for my overnight stays. And even though the in-house restaurant has been closed since Covid outbreak up to this last stay12/14/22), there are multiple restaurants plus a mall right next to it. I’ve already got my next visit in June 2023 booked!!

I can’t say anything I don’t like!

Maria at the front desk was a breath of fresh air. We were delayed and arrived at 4 am after a long stressful night of travel, and she took such good care of us, it felt like we were family. She's an incredible person

The cleanliness of the room could've been better and there was visible splatter on the wall, but much better thab similarly priced accomodations elsewhere

Quiet and restful. Clean and fresh smelling. Pool was open and had plenty of towels available. Breakfast was plentiful and had so many choices on the buffet.

Smoke alarm kept needing to be reset or it would beep every 5 minutes.

The staff was beyond accommodating and extremely nice. The rooms were spacious. The price was great and well worth it. The location was right off the highway and close to many restaurants.

I can’t think of anything. Room service would be a nice option. Again, I can’t think of one dislike.

All of the employees were friendly, kind and knowledgeable

I got two rooms, room 305, door was hard to close. Cabinet door to refrigerator and room fell off. Pool was closed

The staff was by far the best I've come across they were so kind and helpful . And everything was last minute and booking had never confirmed my first room but they were still able to get us in a room even with our troubles using the third party website

Brandon, the maintenance man, went above and beyond to get our TV working for the Lions game. He even offered to go home and get his firestick for us to use, if need be.

The pool was closed. We had to change rooms due to a faulty tv/remote control.

Quiet room. Balcony was wonderful to watch the Sunrise while enjoying a freshly brewed cup of coffee.All areas visited were clean.Nice friendly staff. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great hotel with a competitive price.

Nothing to not like. Only thing I could even remotely say that wasnt 100% is that there were no washcloths in the room but that really wasnt a concern.
