Upon arriving I didn't expect the "motel" vibe.. I was nervous to see the room. To my surprise the room was very nice and clean! I didn't expect it to be so quiet either, but for the most part it was peaceful. I liked it. It's a hidden gem! Super affordable for all that you get.

Wifi..not consistantly on, if advertising free wifi should make it available at all times Breakfast,nice to have ,but need to make sure stocked for use. Out of one cereal,bread,no peanut butter Someone needs to be cleaning table, guy at service desk, was on his phone ,not knowing or lets assume, not caring if stocked and clean We had 3 people registered for room, supplied us with towels for 2 Microwave in room smelt like burnt popcorn

We liked the convenience of parking in front of our room, having a room that permitted smoking and the great price. The room was clean and comfortable. Also it was very easy and pleasant working with Booking com!

We didn't like the complimentary breakfast, the fact that the bed was too high and that there was only one chair.

The room had everything we needed, and the waffles at breakfast were great. The waffle machine was a blast from the past.

Although we were quite satisfied, the hotel could use some paint and furniture upgrades.

The reservation was include the breakfast and when i went to the breakfast area, it was there just cereal and a couple pieses of bread and the machine for waffle was out of order i was expecting a better breakfast than this

Having a pool was a bonus! And the location was excellent! Stores & restaurants surrounded the West Spring Inn!

I wanted to do laundry , I didn't have change so I had to find a place where I could get $5 in quarters. Customer Service at a drugmart gave me change ..

Working ac, clean shower, helpful staff.Cute pool, comfy bed, ac worked really well. Never felt unsafe, well lit.

There was a little bit of noise in the morning when the construction teams that's were viator's got up and left, but overall it was a good stay. And

Easy check in and check out with a light enjoyable, fulfilling breakfast. I cherish and value this lovely Inn. Very comfortable, welcoming and great energy.

What's there not to like?

Nice spacious rooms, several restaurants at walking distance. Decent breakfast included. All considering the low price.

Westlake does not have a lot to offer for the tourist. Convenient for travellers. The motel's interior is quite old.

I did not eat breakfast because I had to make it myself . I do not like the idea of preparing my breakfast myself instead of a chief.

Have breakfast cooked and ready to serve to guests.
