I will be the realest review on this listing so if anything tells you whether to stay or not use mine. From the outside it does not look the best/cleanest. When you walk in, again its not exactly the cleanest but it isnt like walking into a red roof motel feeling like your gonna die. We got our room key, they were very friendly upfront. Got to our room, it was a lot better and cleaner than expected, the bathroom was nice, my girlfriend loved the mirror🙄, AC was set how i asked, clean sheets, fridge and microwave were definetly a plus. There was a tiny minor hole in the wall, nothing serious. I have seen apartments worse than this for sure, loved the double shade to block all the sunlight in the morning, definetly used that and slept in well. Room didnt smell, bed was very comfy, the tv had NETFLIX, YOUTUBE, and SLING, definetly was used to my advantage!!! All and all, definetly enjoyed my stay, slept well, good location, if i ever have to come back around cleveland will definelty stay here, very cheap i only payed $330 for 3 nights!! I give it a solid 9/10 and would stay again👍👍

1 and only issue!!! It seemed like there was air in the shower lines, and it did stop and continue to make a slight squealing noise, wasnt unbearable but was not the most pleasant sound.

Key cards NEVER WORKED! Staff had to come open our door. My cousin & I could NEVER leave the room @ the same time ‘til we left for the concert & coming back to hotel after concert staff AGAIN had to come to the room to open door, which meant he had to LEAVE THE DESK UNATTENDED!! Not cool @ all. Staff was excellent though, ALWAYS ACCOMMODATING!! Jay & the rest of the staff SUPER HELPFUL!! Jay was instrumental in getting us TO & FROM the concert;stayed on phone with UBER DRIVER to make sure we got back to the hotel safely. Jay was absolutely wonderful/helpful ! The keycard situation was the only thing that put a downer on the stay.As soon as friday night desk person saw FLASHING LIGHT on key pad he knew the PAD needed a new battery. Maintenance came the morning of checkout to replace key pad

I love the room I love the staff they definitely did a amazing job keeping everything clean an I love when I couldn't find the ice machine they help me also the breakfast area was nice an clean an you can see where everything was definitely love it here an would stay again 😀

The only thing I would say work on is having a ice machine on different floor not just the 3rd floor cause you do have some guess that do have a hard time walking or intoxicated an don't know what there doing but know they want ice , my 2ND request is better HOT WATER PERSSURE I HAD IT ALL THE WAY UP TO HOT AN THERE WAS STILL LOW PERSSURE ..... BUT THATS IT

The staff here rated a 10 plus, they were so friendly and accommodating. We traveled for the solar eclipse 2024 and they even gave us a printout of possible viewing locations. Breakfast was well stocked and managed. Our son left his favorite stuffy and they packaged it for us for a ups pickup! This was a perfect location from Cleveland and the Cuyahoga national park where we visited.

The room had some ants and it could have been a bit updated. The armchair was pretty worn.

I say this about every hotel I visit: I can't drink real milk, and there was no plant-based milk available at breakfast, so I can't have a bowl of cereal. Inside of hotel looks old and worn ... paint chipping, plaster cracked, carpets worn and wrinkled, although this doesn't affect your stay.

The staff was outstanding!!!i highly recommend this hotel to everybody. I will be returning before the year is out.we book for 2night and apon leaving we book for anther night so we stayed 3night !was never in our plans bit i didnt want to leave this place so my husband treated me for anther nights i was all smiles

We never made it to breakfast it ended at 9and 10am wish it was 11am and that was and is my onl dislike

We are very satisfied with our stay at this place. Very clean room, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast with a lot of food choices And no matter how late you are for breakfast, the variety stays the same. Pleanty of parking space for everyone on the road. Highly recommended for everyone who needs stay in this area.

Staff was great, it's in a nice location, and it was very convenient for getting to and from Cuyahoga Nation Park during the eclipse. The AC worked and had the ability to leave the fan on all night for white noise.

It was the style of room where the sink wasn't in the bathroom. I suppose that can be convenient for families and I get that it saves space, it's just not my preference. I think they're a bit behind on maintenance.

Nice place for a solo traveler to stay. Clean room, clean sheets, comfortable chair plus a desk w/chair. TV had a decent selection of channels. Included were a small refrigerator, microwave, iron/ironing board. I would definitely stay here again.

Toilet seat was extremely loose and couldn't stay in the up position.

Nice location. It was really nice to be right next to a Delmonico's steakhouse. If you wanted to eat a little more value friendly their were plenty of options. Staff extremely attentive to your needs. Very safe neighborhood.

They had the most awkwardly rounded bathtub. I really didn't trust my footing. The room definitely needed to be upgraded.
