The location was convenient, and the room was clean. I want to mention the front desk staff, Roman’s professionalism, and willingness to help me resolve a billing problem with my reservation. He is kind and knowledgeable. He is a five-star staff.

Great location, close to everything we were doing. Quiet, nice people.

Look out for the grumpy granny working breakfast. She shoved my son out of the way when he used the wrong cup at the waffle station. She is very finicky about how people serve themselves breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast seating area was a little small but the variety of breakfast offerings were good. We also loved that we could walk about 100 feet and be at a restaurant for lunch that was really good.

The only thing that wasn't convenient was, there were no USB charging ports at all. We forgot to bring our phone charger box and had to go out and buy one. It also would have been nice to have had a mini fridge to keep our drinks cold but otherwise was a good stay.

They offer a special Cleveland clinic rate for people here for the hospital, but in order to take advantage, you have to book with them directly. So booking.com limited us from taking advantage of the offer.

The second floor room darkening curtains don't close. Only the shear curtains closed over the window. This caused the parking lot lights to shine in your eyes all night

Peace n quiet they let us check in early the breakfast was nice n beds comfortable.

No refrigerator or microwave in the room, the tub was stained not because housekeeping didn't clean it but do to the wear n tear.

Location was perfect for riding the Cuyahoga scenic railway. Good interstate access. Average hotel. Everything was adequate.

Staff was a little blah. Just not engaging.

Front desk lady was awesome friendly Upon check in. Everything looked like it was kept up, not run down. I liked all the plants and shrubs out our window also.

Pillows where way to soft. shower pressure was week, carpet felt greesy

The bed was so comfortable. Melted in the sheets. Amazing thread count. Great job!

Television was snowy. Not a clear picture. Very disappointing No body wash available as well.
