Enjoyed morning coffee on balcony. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Staff pleasant. Quiet location within 10 miles of downtown Cleveland. AC/DC concert amazing at Huntington Bank Field. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame interesting. Also enjoyed walk on Pier, while downtown.

No complimentary breakfast. By 9:45am-no option to buy breakfast-Bistro onsite closed. No shuttle available to and from downtown Cleveland.

Smelled fresh , very clean and quiet despite all the kids because of pool

The breakfast option could’ve been better , bistro was to high for the portions they were saling ..wish it was late adult hours only til midnight for pool and jacuzzi

I like that we can open the window for fresh air. Also like the laundry facilities.

Rooms could be a little bigger, with a bigger fridge that actually has space to put food and drinks. I was constantly picking contents up from the floor when I opened the door.

The staff was nice the hotel was clean quiet and relaxing the hrs for the pool I love because it gave me and my family time in with out a lot of kids or people

The water is $5 over priced no microwave in rooms the hot tub jets doesn’t make bubble it’s like the pressure is off but still want say I would come back

it’s a very nice spot it’s located in the back of all the other hotels I came on new years and still the noise was over by 2am. it has a indoor pool that actually works it was down earlier today they made sure it was back and running by time I checked in at 3pm restaurants all over

it’s not much I don’t like about the property other than you can’t smoke inside but you have a balcony you can step on and smoke

The room was clean and spacious. Carl greeted us right away when we checked in and was super friendly. We had an issue in the first room we were given but Carl moved us without hesitation to another room.

The bed was a little bit firm for my liking.

Everything was great. Lobby and room were clean and stylish. Everything was comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

I was most shocked that coffee wasn’t free in the morning since I thought most hotels at least offered coffee. The stay was a decent value.

Breakfast was pretty standard but good. Pool was extra cool

Coffee in the Bistro very expensive. Most Marriott’s I have stayed at had free coffee in the morning
