Probably the best service and nicest staff I’ve ever met at a hotel! Every single employee as you walk past them greets you! people went out of their way just for the simplest things. Everybody smiles! Sunshine in the breakfast area, food area, outstanding… her personality, her assistance, the way she cleans up, the way that she does it in a sanitary way I noticed all these things. I will be back for sure it is by far the best Hilton I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been in much larger more “bougie” areas and this Hilton hands-down best customer service, friendliest employees and one of the cleanest hotel room I’ve been in.

The elevator takes forever

This hotel was extremely clean The staff was exceptional 😃 My husband's car wouldn't start and they were so helpful...had a battery charger...and even found some jumper cables! It worked😁 The breakfast is above and beyond they offered some items I've never had at a hotel Fresh avocados Overnight oats Cia seed pudding And the hot food delicious The pool was a very nice temperature and clean! It was such a nice surprise to have a Jacuzzi also! I can't say enough nice things about this hotel. Very, very pleasantly surprised and will be a returning customer!

Nothing

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It was nice having plenty of space for our entire family & a kitchen. We also really enjoyed the outdoor patio & firepit area!

The breakfast was great, but it got a bit crowded in the breakfast area. Also, we had to ask for more pool towels because there weren’t any. We waited a while, but eventually just ended up having to leave without any towels.

Clean and comfortable from the time we walked into the lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with a lot of information on local restaurants and attractions area the area. Very safe and relaxing location.

We stayed one night and have no negatives about it.

Close to venue, very clean.

Rate was too expensive for the room, but it was the only one available for the time we were there. Bed was not comfortable for us, very soft. The air conditioner vent was half behind a curtain, which made for the room to be warm, even turning the thermostate down. The room was right across from the elevator extremely noisy. I have no idea why they would have a room directly across from an elevator. Make it for storage but not a guest room.

The whirl pool

The price of hotel snacks are too high. Wish the world.pool was a tab bit. Hotter. Soaps and shampoo on the wall should be checked and refilled before every new guess in the shower not empty or almost empty.

Room and facilities were clean. King suite was perfect size for us. We liked the ability to control temperature in room as well as have a ceiling fan.

The doors closing from other rooms on our floor throughout the night were loud. We heard them 5-6 times overnight and were awoken even with using a fan noise app next to our bed.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. The pool was nice and big and the breakfast and evening social were great. One of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel.

The jets in the hot tub were too explosive and got water everywhere.

not too bad. they waited for us when we were running a little late. reasonable variety. nice to have a choice of hot coffee always available.

Nicely furnished, large room. Great location. Good breakfast.

Poor water pressure in the shower; and adjusting shower head was very difficult because it was mounted so high it was hard to reach.
