I can't say enough about the professionalism ,courtesy, and personal care I received at this facility. They actually make you feel like you're at home. I've been here since February 17th and become familiar with quite a bit of staff. They have been at all times courteous , thoughtful and considerate during my stay since February 17th on and off through to March 19th I'm grateful to have come across such a professional group of people who work at a hotel. I will always recommend a stay at this particular extended stay and will continue to do so myself. You have a special group of people here and they should all remain and be given some type of gratitude!

I did not experience any dislikes.

I loved the staff! They were professional, courteous & very helpful with getting my 90 year old mother in & out of the car during the bad weather. They didn't have to do that but I appreciate that they did. The hotel in whole was clean & well maintained. The location was perfect for us. Close to the freeway, food, shopping & the hospital. I got way more than I expected, I will most definitely recommend this hotel & I will myself be back in the future.

The only thing I would have liked to have is a dust mop or a broom & dust pan. Other than that it was perfect!

There wasn't any breakfast, because of the renovation being done. It be nice if at least coffee tea and just donuts/muffins be in breakfast area, til the renavation is complete in about5 to 6 months

I always love these friends they're like a small studio apartment

The price is time was higher than normal so I had to leave one day earlier do some always in Cleveland do some Cleveland clinic for medical treatments I thought the price would be better plus I stayed here a lot of time before and prices

The cleaning staff was exceptional in keeping the rooms clean. Especially the one I stayed. The number one thing that travelers want it's a updated bathroom that's clean & a clean bed with safety all around.

Comfortable, able to adjust room temperature on my own and it was quiet.

The take and go "breakfast" was not at all what I expected; extremely limited. Good thing I was not hungry. Also, when I arrived, I needed to wait for about 10 min for staff to come back to the desk to check me in.

I liked the peace and quiet I got while I was there. All of the neighboring rooms were respectful of each other. That was cool 😎

The bed was a bit hard. It was too firm!! Also,one of the lamps didn't work, and the refrigerator was loud.

Hospitality. Very close and convenient to my job site

Piss poor internet service horrible Broadband signal for the price. I had to sit by the window to get a very shallow signal on a very important Microsoft Teams meeting with my staff in India. Very very embarrassing.0

Did not use the breakfast needed to leave early for appointments

Our phone in our room did not work so we didn't get our wakeup call
