Rooms were very nice & clean. Employees were super nice. Location

I reserved 3 rooms for family and 2 of the rooms weren’t ready till almost 4:00 and though we waited in the lobby no one said anything until I went up to inquire about how much longer because we had to be somewhere by 5:00 & she looked on computer and said they have 2 rooms ready now, but to be fair it was busy.

The breakfast was okay. The location was quiet and out of the way just the way I like it.

Upon check in, they could not find my reservation with Booking.com even though I had the confirmation number and provided it to them. The person checking me in kept saying, I don't see a card on file. Are you sure they took the money from your account to pay for the room. I had to log into my bank account and show her the withdrawal from Booking.com and she still couldn't find my reservation. It took 3 people and an hour later before I was checked in. However, they were allowing us to check in early which was a plus.

Loved the shower! Great water pressure! The bed was very comfortable!!

Really liked everything. The only thing I’ll say is there were so many people hanging around where the breakfast is served that we couldn’t get anything to eat. Maybe once they are done they should head back to there rooms instead of sitting there talking.

The breakfast was really good. A different variety everyday. I have to mention Sarah at the front desk. Her customer service was impeccable impressive. She was able to accommodate all my wishes, and was so pleasant. Simple the Best!!!

I have to admit there were no complaints from my at this location.

Very nice hotel! Everything was clean, modern, and convenient. The staff was friendly and accomodating. We were concerned it would be loud. There were lots of kids there for a tournament. However, the sound proof room was great! Very peaceful.

Nothing really. I would recommend flavored coffee creamers in the room.

The location to our event. Love the suite with semi private bedroom and sitting room. Shower was great.
