I did not have breakfast.

There were phones in rooms not working. This as been long time now: paying for a room all phones, water, brochure to show all offered. Cellular phones is personal to guest. All hotel phones should always be working funct ional(NO continue excuse about WiFi). If a Cellular Phone have problems: then the Hotel phones should be working proper so guest can have contact calling out while their stay at the hotel. The phones alot times not working. Guest pay and like all phones in every room to work proper, Thank You.

The price I paid from what I got. The room temperature was perfect. I will gladly come again.

3 lamps in the room. Each lamp has 2 light bulbs, for a total of 6 light bulbs, which only 2 work, and the bathtub didn't have a stopper. I used a face cloth to stuff it closed. The phone kept blinking like you had messages when I came into the room and never stopped... no matter what I did. The lobby looked weird without any furniture.

Good area very spacious room front desk lobby area was really pretty. Employees at the front desk were very helpful and understanding very kind. There is a vending machine for snacks and one for drinks in the lobby as well as a microwave for use around the lobby. Mini fridge and nice size TV in the hotel room.

Room had some stains of unknown origin on the mattress and curtains. As well as the air /heater unit that was in the room looked as if it really needed to be cleaned out.

The cleanliness, the environment and the area

The first three nights room toilet was leaking water very bad water all over the floor in room 458 and the shower didn’t work without leaking water

The beds were super comfortable. The room Was clean and spacious it wasn't far from restaurants and it was very nice looking

Dawn Martin was the sweet and friendly staff who checked me in, she had the perfect room for me, I really enjoyed my quiet & peaceful stay. She was quick, I was so exhausted from airport travel & shopping, Dawn made my day easier, I will stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Ohio.

Everything was perfect.

Bizarre looking front entry and lobby. Not a very welcoming front desk. The room facilities need work, i.e. rusty shower curtain rod, bathroom ceiling light falling out, electrical switches need replacing or repair.

Comfortable and in good condition. Fabulous location

Door did not close properly. It needed to be slammed or handle push down. In order to close it Could be a major safety issue. You don't want a rape or robbery taking place. And missing light bulbs in bad side lights

Lovely sized room, great bed, nice to have somewhere to sit and put your feet up. Fridge in the room was good. Communal microwave in foyer.

Screens at check in counter gave a bad vibe. Smell in corridors. The patterned border around the top of the walls dated the decor and should come down.

It was convenient, friendly staff, and clean. We were supposed to stay somewhere else, but that experience was bad last minute we found fairbridge and was able to get 2 rooms for 6 people very last minute and for 1 night it did the job.
