I had an unusual stay, because I had a medical emergency in the hotel. Cardiac issues. Employee at the registration reacted quickly and had an ambulance on scene quickly. I spent the night in the hospital, but my wife was well taken care of at the hotel. I requested a first-floor room and was accommodated with a room near the entrance. I did notice that the only elevator was out of order, and was thankful that I didn't have to climb stairs. I'm not sure if they were using the 2nd floor or not.

The breakfast was typical for this type of hotel. But what made it extra nice was the attentive attitude of Chef Ed. He was present the whole time, cleaning, restocking food, engaging with the customers. The location was perfect for us as we were in town to visit friends who live nearby. Desk staff were friendly, beds were comfortable, room was clean. Also, it is on the edge of a neighborhood so we were able to take a morning walk on quiet streets.

Due to its location and no pool (which we knew about) there was no outside seating area. This time of year we like to sit outside and not just stay in the room.

Close to the hospital, shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and quiet. We were handed a paper with a list of different restaurants with their addresses and phone numbers when we checked in was a godsend! Anything that we needed was furnished including an orange juice when my blood sugar went low! The staff was fantastic along with the manager! The waiting room/reception room had this awesome smell lavender and another scent not over powering just right!

There was nothing bad I can say about this place.

It appears that the hotel has been recently renovated. The room was spacious and had modern touches. I was pleased that the hotel was very quiet, though the mini-fridge and heater woke me up several times. The bathroom was clean and the sink was separate from the toilet and shower.

Breakfast. It had your standard yogurt, hard boiled egg, cereal, waffle maker, a few pastries, and some sort of egg concoction But over it was a bit subpar in terms of quality. And a bunch of construction workers showed up dripping wet from the rain and that was a bit unappetizing. I don't know if they were sneaking in for a free meal or if they had some sort of agreement with the hotel.

Their chef makes the best scrambled eggs I've ever had!!! All of the staff were extremely friendly.

I don't like booking.com and will no longer use them. Twice I attempted to cancel two different trips, twice I got scammed. Booking blamed hotels and the airline company. They transferred me to another agent...in London! Yes, I also had to spend extra money for that phone call. I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income, I don't appreciate being taken advantage of. The hotel was great! Booking.com was horrible.

Friendly staff. They went out of their way to provide a very early check in. In addition, the breakfast was wonderful with staff member cooking in small batches to ensure food was fresh.

This property is in the midst of renovation.

The stay here was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, although a little outdated. The breakfast area was immaculate, and everything was restocked as things emptied. The location was great because you seemed to be 20 minutes from everything. I would stay here again, the prices are good for the rooms you get.

I really wish hotels would get rid of carpeting because it always looks old and dirty. Also the large chair in the room was old and beat up . The only other thing is that the "smoking area" is directly in front of the main entrance. You have to walk through a cloud of smoke to get inside.

Everything was clean there were a lot of places to shop and dine around the hotel. There was free breakfast in the mornings. Very nice for the price.

It takes about 30 minutes for the hot water to come on. Also, you have to flush the toilet several times before a complete flush happens all of which I considered minor inconveniences.

It was a very very clean room. Bathroom was so clean as well. Staff was very nice. There was already two pillows each for everyone. No need to ask for more. There were more than enough towels. Usually need to ask for more.

My only complaint was the air conditioner was very noisy. Rattles a lot when coming on and runs loud. Maybe needs a service call?

The staff was very accommodating and took great care of us. The beds and pillows were comfortable and every thing was very clean.

The elevator seemed like it could use service as it made a funny noise and didn't sit even with the floor any time we took it to the upper floor
