The location & the room was pretty

No breakfast was available

I didn’t have breakfast, but the location was beyond what I imagined. Very clean and modern.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, the room was great, the amenities although I didn’t use them were also great. I would definitely stay again.

Clean sheets and towels. Comfortable mattress. Microwave and small fridge in room.

Housekeeping took my clean paper plates and plastic silverware which were resting on the countertop next to the microwave, so I had nothing to eat my microwaved dinner with.

Breakfast was good. When I booked the room with booking.com the reservation said breakfast included. However, when we checked in we were told it was not included. I showed them the booking.com confirmation, so they changed the breakfast to included. I always look for hotels with breakfast included.

I traveled from KY to the Cleveland Clinic for surgery. The night after my procedure at 1 am I needed toilet paper and a few other thing and the overnight receptionist, Melissa, was amazing. She got everything I needed and was so kind.

The pool was closed for maintenance and I was hoping to swim our first night, but the fire pit was a nice option instead!

What breakfast? But the location was great

They need to have more for breakfast peoples travel far

the price of the food and it took the staff to long to answer the phone when I needed something. I had to call back.

The lady at desk was friendly and nice! She even made my niece happy when she asked her what room she wanted and she said next to the pool! And we got a pool room! Also the hotel was very clean.

It was nice and peaceful

There was not a lot of fridge space

Missed breakfast but everything else was great.

The swimming pool needs to be bigger than what it was to satisfy the consumer better. Can't swim in a kiddie pool.
