location was good & price was even better. The 2 woman that worked during our stay were absolutely amazing and friendly & made us feel very comfortable. They went above & beyond to fix any little problems we had such as the tv not working. the maintenance guy was super nice. The front desk workers asked about our day & made small talk with us. Friendly people. 2 thumbs up there.

The cleaning lady 100 percent didn't wanna work. we were heading out to lunch & saw the cleaning lady knocking on doors asking pple if they needed their room cleaned. since we were heading out for the day we asked her to plz leave fresh towels in our room & told her we bagged up any trash we had & needed trash bags too. she told us to ask the front desk. and gave us nothing all while standing there with a cart of cleaning supplies & a vacuum. front desk was confused as to why she told us that. We were there 3 days & not one time did the cleaning lady come around to our room to clean or ask if we needed anything. the front desk attendants had to take care of us. thank god for them. no one should have to chase clean towels around.

The beds were super comfortable, the sheets , cover and pillow cases were clean and crisp white. My room was clean and it was quiet. The breakfast could be better it took forever for the bacon to get done they don’t serve cream cheese with the bagels they eggs and potatoes were terrible so do better with the breakfast ,and the price was kinda pricey and I’m still waiting on my 50$ security deposit back and it’s been days.

They charge your card even if you book online to pay at the hotel.

This was honestly pretty good for the amount of money I paid. Room was spacious, TV worked, beds were comfy. The bathroom was very clean, which was most important to me. Considering some reviews of here mentioned bugs, I was apprehensive but I am happy to report that there was not a single bug seen!

There were some stains on the bedding and in the carpet, but nothing concerning. Weird smell in the hallways, but honestly I can't remember a hotel I've been to that didn't have some hallway funk, and it didn't seem to be in the room at all.

The customer service of the entire staff (from desk check-in, custodians, breakfast manager) was excellent. All the staff were very attentive and professional. Each of them wanted to ensure our stay was comfortable. I really have to commend them all. The room was comfortable and as expected for a property in this class. I would recommend for a short term stay.

We had an ADA accessible room with a walk in shower that was very nice. The staff members were very accommodating.

The frig did not have a freezer for the ice packs. There were many little things that could have been taken care of better. Management and staff were willing to correct them when they were brought to their attention.

Clean, comfortable hotel with very good staff. Comfortable beds, fairly quiet A/C unit and welcoming breakfast area with plenty of options. HDTV of good quality and plentiful parking.

Would like if they had a fridge in the room. Also, would like to see some USB charging points (the only one available was on the rear of the usually-confusing-to-use alarm clock. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, though there was plenty of hot water. The room was a bit overpriced for a 2-star hotel.

This property had one of the nicest receptionist I have ever encountered in any hotel stay! She was very informational about the area. She went above and beyond to provide exceptional courtesy not to just my group but everyone who came in and out of her lobby!

We stayed there back in May. The service was wonderful and the front desk staff and breakfast manager were wonderful. We had this experience back in May. Consistent customer service and attention. We would stay there again and would recommend.

Breakfast was amazing. Wide variety of choices. The breakfast staff was very kind and accommodating she went above and beyond to help us. We’ve been on the road for a week and that was one of the best breakfasts we’ve had. The rooms were clean and the staff was great. I think this hotel should be rated higher than it is. We were very pleased with it.
