The front desk clerk was very competent, kind and professional. We were checked in very promptly and given a bag with freshly baked cookies and bottled water. The space was very clean and the bed was comfy.

I was happy with the overall experience. The only time we were not happy was when we ordered the veggie omelet for breakfast and it contained bacon which we do not eat. They were apologetic, professional and promptly fixed it.

I chose the hotel because it doesn’t have carpet and it is unique. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The breakfast took an exorbitant amount of time. If you were on a schedule I promise breakfast would ruin it. Each morning it took well over an hour to get our orders. The food was good but please hire more cooks.

Decor, 4 pillows on each bed, and NOT the 12x12 square ones you find these days, location, attached 5 star restaurant, all staff extremely friendly and helpful, quiet rooms, (you did not hear your neighbors or their TV, I would book here again👍

Only thing lacking was a pool, but this is not one of my priorities!

Room was small but big enough for my stay. No microwave. Room was clean however I can tell they don't move some of the furniture and clean behind. But it was fairly clean. Cable was out all night. Horrible Direct Tv

Location convenient, just off the highway. Room was a good size, bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was very nice, had a speedy check-in.

My reservations said breakfast included and served from 7-9 am. There was no breakfast unless you wanted to buy a muffin but there was no one around for that either. The shower leaks as there is a gap between glass panels. So, the floor in the bathroom gets pretty wet.

The hotel was much nicer than I had expected. The lighting outside was fun and exciting. The interior was visually stimulating and fun. The gentleman at the front desk was great!

Only thing I didn't like was that the floor wr stayed on had an unusual and unpleasant smell. Not sure if they had recently done some work on that floor, but the smell was not in the lobby.

The hotel is old. Facilities, furniture and equipment are dated. Our room was a pretty long distance from the elevator. Liquid hand soap dispenser in bathroom was nearly out of soap.

The staff was wonderful and the new young lady that was training was great. Service with a great smile. You don't get that very often.

Check in was super fast and simple. My room was really cold when I got in but the heater worked very fast to warm up the room. Also my room was down a very long hallway but multiple entrances into the building made getting to my room easy.

Hotel was short staffed on a Saturday so I had to walk to the front desk every time i wanted to get more towels. Upon walking into my room the remote didn't have any batteries . Also i didn't like the artwork in the rooms or around the property it all just seemed very random and didn't follow any sort of theme.

The property was in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent!
