Clean, no odors, very friendly helpful staff. Convenient location. Included Grab n Go Breakfast in lobby. Full-sized in-room refrigerator, 2-burner stove, microwave. Large waste basket under kitchenette sink. Housekeeping during stay by request only. We were there only 2 nights, so not a problem. Fresh towels on request, by turning in used ones at front desk.

Formerly this brand had dishes, toaster, cooking utensils, coffee-maker in each room. Now must request at front desk. Probably due to theft or misuse. Otherwise, no complaints.

Convenient location next to shopping centers. Conveniently located next to the freeway which made it easy to travel to and from work. Rooms were decently priced and had all of the listed amenities to make it feel at home.

There was some construction that I did not expect. Didn't deter or bother me but wish this would be communicated to the public. Other than that, no other issues.

It has been updated since my last visit, which was in 2023. Location is great. I was in walking distance of the Pinecrest plaza. Staff were very friendly.

Only thing I didn’t like was there not being ice machines. Although there is a ice cube tray in the freezer, that didn’t help because I needed ice right away

I definitely like the staff they are always nice and informative...I also like the amenities they are available on site. For the price it's really a good deal.

The room is great the bed is very firm and not much softness to it at all its a little harder to get a good night's rest in my opinion..a softer mattress would be great

I liked how polite and attentive the staff were. I also liked the location. Being that close to Pinecrest is definitely a plus!! Room and facility was very clean and I appreciate that. I'll definitely be back for another stay.

I didn't like the bed. It was a bit uncomfortable. No big deal, though. I've had worse.

How understanding the staff was, I loss my brother and I checked in through my sadness and they were very kind to let me check in early

The back entrance where my room was located couldn’t be accessed by key, it had to be propped or you had to walk all the way around to the front entrance.

Location

Did not get the room I was originally reserved; (did not get 2 double beds:; had to get 1 queen sized bed). Also had to switch rooms after getting settled in because TV in the first room did not work. Hallways were musty smelling.

Everything was clean except the bathroom trash can was dirty inside. they the put a trash bag inside to hide the bottom of the dirty trash can.

Cleaning the inside of the bathrm trash can and its easy to do.

Safe location to stay. There are plenty of nice places to eat nearby and an outlet mall. It felt like home having plants in the lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The lady of color (blue hair)who worked on Wednesday during check in was the nicest person! She got me a pillow when I asked and was very friendly

Only had a pillow and a half when checking in. The bed was like a rock
