Clara at the front desk was extremely patient and nice to us. Willing to help me find my Hilton Rewards account that I hadn't used in probably 25 years. Ms. Brown made sure our rooms were ready and clean. This is a very clean facility and the patrons are treated with respect, not an inconvenience. Also, the breakfast was fabulous!! 20 mins from downtown, great choice!!

Everything except of breakfast. The hotel is encircled by forest and looks at the pond. Close to main roots and local points of interest. The room is perfectly furnished, nice, cozy and clean. We were really happy there

Breakfast. US hotels must improve this - add meat, fish and fruits, take out all that bread and other carbohydrates.

We stayed on suite 101 the bedroom was comfortable, the bad a little hard, the shower awful, a little noisy since it’s near by the elevator.

Veronica and Treniece were very welcoming...Calling location prior my arrival Veronica's friendly customer service was so welcoming it made me look for her upon arrival. Treniece made me feel everyone at this location was personable... Everyday the breakfast was different and delicious..

There's nothing I didn't like...

Room was clean, staff very friendly and accommodating when I needed something e.g. trolley to take luggage to car.

A few more designated handicap spots would be suggested.  No fault of the hotel but two nights had to park in rear area and with my severe asthma had head to travel a long way to get to one of the rear entry doors and use my room key; quite tired after finally getting in and returning to room; as mentioned, no fault of hotel.

The breakfast was nice as it changed daily. The room was very comfortable.

The hotel layout is a little confusing. I'm a bigger person and you put us on the 4th floor in the last room you offer. The breakfast hours were fine on the weekend, but on a Monday holiday was a little rough.

I like the pool I like that it was breakfast.

I did not like the room was out dated the pillow cases had stains on it.

The staff was amazing! Me and my daughter loved her energy and she was very welcoming!! Favorite part besides shower and pool was her!

One of the pillows in the room still had mascara on it from a previous stay I guess .

The location was perfect for my purposes--loved the breakfast. Staff was especially helpful with some special additional requests.
