the housekeeping assigned to my room provided clean amenities and gave great attention to towels needed and a tidy room. I was very pleased with the well made bed and clean bathroom.

So, I ordered from the Moce Diner in the Holiday Inn/CCF on my 2nd night's stay. I ordered a carryout for the Chicken Alfredo. The dish was very appealing to my eyes and tastebuds. I was very pleased with this delicious dish!!! On another night during this same stay, I ordered a carryout for the Quesadilla, an appetizer, only. My thoughts are that it had been overcooked with the soft tortilla bread cooked to a crunchy crisp/ thus leaving the cheese portion dry. It was late when i ordered, so, I ate only half of the sliced quesadilla but I informed the cook about my order being overcooked just out of my concern to give immediate feedback.

The staff was really friendly at this location. I liked how they had a restaurant right in the hotel and was great for dinner. The valet parking was really easy and our room was decent size.

The breakfast buffet payment set up was a little confusing. We prepaid for breakfast person with our room when we booked online, but they still charged us per person once we ate so essentially double charged us. Also, there is a pool but it is tiny and shallow which would be better for little kids rather than older ones.

All of the staff was very friendly and the hotel is clean and nice

The cost was higher than I thought My husband was admitted to ICU in Cleveland and it was unexpected obviously, so there wasn't exactly a budget for a hotel stay but it was necessary. I would have been able to stay at the hotel longer and be closer to my husband had it been more affordable

The parking situation is really unfortunate. You have to use the valet to park so it's an extra $25/day. That's bad enough, but each day we were there we had to wait 15-20 mins for the valet to bring your car, and not because it was crowded, but because they park the cars so far away. Really a pain! Nor really a walkable area, and Cleveland is not known for its public transportation.

in the hotel on my floor several black women were fighting half the night no security guard calmed them down I was awake the whole time. and I didn't like it when you turn on the heater or A/C the frame in the door touches other metal very loudly, your worker who repairs the room has hands growing out of his ass, Holiday in outside of America is much better than here.

room good. Had to fix current - would not close. called and they came to late to fix that night. I like dark when sleeping. After calling again they came back and fix current - All good. Breakfast says free on the website but is not free. Price is too high for breakfast Room did not have remote for tv.

Loved the mattress and the clean rooms. Especially appreciated the late checkout. I was so disappointed that the only breakfast option was the huge $15 buffet. All I wanted was to buy a grab and go muffin, which is advertised in at least four different places in the hotel. So disappointed that it was closed up.

Rooms were very clean The staff was nice The cook in the restaurant was amazing!! My son could only have clear liquids, and the cook strained the chicken noodle soup and wrote him a sweet note on the lid!

Valet was TERRIBLE!!! We weren't sure where to go when we arrived, so we stopped out front. The man who was outside was incredibly rude. I asked if there was parking or only valet, and he said if you don't want a valet, you can park 3 blocks down in the pay garage. When we were ready to leave, I called down, and they said they would have my car ready in 5 minutes. We came down, 30 minutes later, no car. I ask, and the guy says to me, "Are you sure you called down?" I was very, very sure, he said it will take us about 10 minutes to get your car. 15 minutes later, they finally brought it. Caused us to be late getting home and picking up our daughter. For that to be the only real option for parking, it's unfortunate to be met with such terrible service.

The bed was extremely comfortable as was the room. The location is near the Cleveland Clinic. Easy access to the Health Line bus made getting to downtown very easy. I'd note that valet is the ONLY option for parking at this site. Funny enough, since we had an EV, the hotel kept our car parked right out front where we left it and did not move it. The hotel staff was nice and upgraded our room at check-in since ours wasn't ready yet. Wonderful stay and would visit again when visiting the Cleveland area.

Room was excellent - comfortable, clean and cleaning staff friendly and very helpful!

The breakfast area - the choices were not refilled - had to ask for eggs on 2 days, milk on one day, coffee cups one day. There was no hot water for tea and the plates were wet. Do not exactly enjoy eating from wet plates (when I complained to the front desk on checkout, I was informed that the dishwasher was broken and they were short staffed!). One woman of the wait staff was friendly and receptive. The others seemed put out when asked for assistance.
