The breakfast was very nice - great extra to have included in the rate.

The sausage selection and powdered eggs weren't so great, but without things cooked to order I can understand why. But everything the sausages were all pale gray - it would have been nice to have them at least a little brown like they had been cooked in a skillet.

The location is amazing, right in Legacy Village near shopping stores, restaurants, and the Giant Eagle supermarket. The room was good with a nice sitting area, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast options was very limited.

Wholesome, great ☕️ and juice selection. But I found out when I booked the room through booking.com, I lost my ability to earn reward points, and that’s a bummer big time. Because I’ve been building points with them. Plus you’re booking got me a higher room rate, not good booking.com, $168.00 vs. $216.00 I think I’m gonna just buy me a 33’ Airstream Classic.

The price, you’re booking cost me more money!

The ambiance and the pool. The breakfast and staff were great. It’s connected to an outdoors mall so that made it even more convenient. I was there for my teenage daughter’s birthday and it was great for the sleepover. The girls loved it.

I loved everything.

The furnishings were attractive and comfortable. The breakfast was really good. Nice to have real dishes and real oatmeal, as well as other offerings.

The parking was awkward to get to with our bags etc. , but it is nice to have the car under cover.

Great location near JCU. Loved the Legacy Village outlet. Nice homey space. Staff allowed our large group to meet downstairs which was much appreciated. Loved the rooms.

The breakfast was cold only as staff members responsible for setting it up did not show up to work on time. Didn't like that it was pet-friendly, but it never posed a problem. The Lobby area was not kept clean. Was hoping for a hot tub in the pool area. Also a microwave would be appreciated.

Good location

Very formal. We face difficulties with our simple request for a late checkout out although we stayed there 11 nights. But eventually with the intervention of the manager, after many hours of waiting, for an answer it worked out

The tub was a problem. I had to put a towel down because it was so slippery. Also the control piece for the shower was broken, so we had to jiggle with it.

Breakfast was perfect. the staff was perfect.

pool was freezing, and parking was 3rd & 4th floors of the parking garage.

We liked the comfortable bed and large shower.

We didn't like driving around the parking lot with all the different stores trying to find the entrance to the hotel.
